Actually Kal'tsit doesn't have any enhanced physical strength as her oripathy doesn't give her super strength or arts. She is about as strong as an average woman. Its just that mon3tr is so OP that it doesn't even matter how weak she is. As for not going insane part, eh... she's kinda crazy if she thinks Doc alone can save this dumpsterfire of a planet.
