polls are often less than 1000 people. There are almost 13 million people in Pennsylvania. I do not know how they come up with their margin for error, but it should really be plus or minus 99 percent.

I have come to the conclusion that the only reason Trump is doing this well in the polls still is immigration. Kamala needs to talk more about immigration, how it’s good for the country but needs to be controlled and how she would control it - or is controlling it. Like America Australia is a country of immigrants. But when immigration is uncontrolled people get scared and turn to the right of politics. So long as people know that the government is in control of it, they are happy. Fareed Zakaria made the point this week that the far right is making gains in Europe and it’s because of immigration. And that even if Trump loses this election the immigration issue won’t go away in America. It’s a choice between handing the country to the far right or making people comfortable with immigration and having normalcy in politics. Just calling people racist won’t cut it. Hillary learnt that lesson.

At this time in 2020 Biden was leading Trump in all the battleground states by 4 to 6 points and 9 points in the National polls and barely won the 'electoral college' in the end. Which means, Trump was underestimated in the polls. For Kamala to win the election, she has to be at the minimum 6 points ahead of Trump in the National polls which she's not and leading him in the battleground states which she's not either the .5, 1 point she's leading him is in the margin of error. I believe Trump is way ahead than what the polls show. No, i'm no MAGA but a realist.😉
The underestimation of MAGA voters is a reality. It is due because the vast majority of those voters are from remote rural areas and it's hard to reach them. At least the first 25 biggest cities in America are solid blue. Even in red states. See Houston, Dallas and Miami. Polls are usually done in cities were it's easier to reach people and that's more problematic when it's time to come up with consistent values. According to the pollsters adjustments have been made to target those accuracy issues but let's keep in mind that in the latest elections Arizona and Georgia were leaning red. It's not solid science at all.
True, also the 2020 polls didn´t capture Georgia´s shifting to blue side, every poll Trump was winning and then, republicans lose the State for Senate and White House.

Every poll says that the people overwhelmingly feel that the economy is the most important issue. Every poll also says that the people overwhelmingly trust Trump to handle the economy over Harris. @@donnybrooks71 Every serious economist says presidents don't "handle" the economy. Fiscal policy depends on the President and Congress agreeing on something. That covers spending and taxation. Monetary policy is decided by the Fed, whose governors serve 14-year terms and are independent from the wishes of the White House. The media and the candidates perpetuate the myth that we can vote on the economy and get a President who will fix or crash the economy. Might as well vote for a politician who promises better weather.

Pennsylvania is so important, some analysts say that if Trump wins it, he has a 94% chance of winning. Pennsylvania IS NOT like it was in 2020. Biden barely won there and for now I would not call Pennsylvania for Harris but for Trump. We need all the voters in Pennsylvania to get out and vote.

Maine’s second congressional district has Kamala up by 5 points and that has been consistent over the last 2 months. While it is just one electoral vote, I think it should at least be considered a lean Democrat.
