Does this come fully finished with everything in the video (minus the furniture)? For example, plumbing, electrical cabinetry, appliances, flooring trim and all that jazz? Thanks!

Jenn, we only do turn key installs in Texas (or very close to TX), but we sell kits nationwide for which you would need to find a contractor to assemble for you.
Not sure but the shed cabins i see are 16 ft from eve to eve and the inside is smaller than 16 ft, but this video looks like its exactly 16ft inside because it looks way bigger than the 16x40 sheds I been in 😏
