The scary thing is this guy just came right up to his daughter and didn’t think that was a problem. Could you imagine if any random photographer just came up to someone’s kid at a park. All hell would break loose because it’s weird. It’s weird if it’s a celebrity’s kid as well.
That actually happened to me as a kid. I was at some fair type thing with my parents and I'm off playing on some hay barrels or something and some guy comes up to me and asks to take my picture. I think nothing of it and he takes a few of me playing. I tell my mom later because I feel like a celebrity and she flips out. I didn't realize how weird it was until she reacted that way
Well because they are famous and he’s doing a job for money. Also there is no reasonable expectation of privacy in public places so photogs, journalist, and paps are within their rights legally to do this.

They can even photograph you in your own residence if your blinds are open. I’m only stating the facts. You can research privacy laws or reasonable expectation of privacy for yourself to see.
