Womp, finishing the series is one thing for me, but feeling the end of it is something almost impossible. Especially CRY!!! I don't usually cry at the end of a movie or series. This was good story telling.

She played the full version, they just shortened it because a 10 minute performance doesn't fit in an anime. You can tell by the fragmented pieces of the other performers.

Too bad her version was just as long. They cut it up because a 10 minute song is too long for a show. In the show for other violinists it shows different parts of the piece. And if her pianist quit because of the twist, she wouldnt agree to change the piece to shorten it.

She shortened it because life was shortened for her, that’s what I like to think. She added her own twist and made it her own short and full of emotion and power it’s amazing.

But because I love Debussy, how about more popular pieces by Debussy? - The girl with the flaxen hair, Reverie, Arabesque No 1 (piano) - La Mer (symphony) --> I strongly recommend this Or some Bach? Listen to Chaconne and Double Violin Concerto in D Minor, or maybe Mass in B Minor and Fugue and Tocatta in D Minor. Or Tchaikovsky? Swan Lake, Nutcracker, Dance of the Sugarplum Fairy, Violin Concerto in D Major Or Liszt? Liebestraum, La Campanella, Hungarian Rhapsody No 2 And etc. They are all the most famous. Happy listening!
