Kar98K Sporter on the Bench | Fitting an Upgraded Scope and Stock 

A bit of Sunday evening work fitting an upgraded stock and a higher magnification scope to the Kar98K Sporter.
I have been shooting with a Leupold M8 4x scope and the modified original laminated stock. The rifle performs well and has brought home a few certificates in the 300 yard Military Bolt Action Optics class at the Hillsdale Rifle Club.
The better cheek weld of the Boyd's stock and the increased magnification of the Weaver K10 60-B scope should be improvements for shooting out of the bags.
