Our ancestors taught us if a guest arrives and you got only one single bed, you offer him/her that & you sleep on the floor. Zulfi's family in all their simplicity tried to be as hospitable host as they could. You cant imagine how happy all the people were. even though there was a language barrier but they made sure you are treated well as you were their respected guest. Just keep them in your prayers. they were going all out to treat you with the best of everything they could. please stay in touch with them now and always. the host mother gave you Quran and wished you be blessed with the best by God always!!
When the yellow shirt guy told the other guy to start eating as well when Dale was trying out the starters he responded " We'll wait for the guest to eat first" Such good manners.

I know hindus can find it a little strange to invite people to their religion but it's an integral part of Islam. Inviting people to your belief is not evil or manipulative. It comes straight from pure intentions. Unlike sales people, we are not desperate, muslims will not get offended if you don't convert, but with good intentions, we'll keep trying. And they didn't invite Dale to convert him, it's a friendly dinner but some daawah also happened, which is okay

There are thousands of Hindus especially in Sindh who live together with everyone in peace and harmony. Most of them i know are fairly rich businessmen. It’s only the very rural and backward villages of Sindh where there is intolerance which is entirely because of illiteracy

Thanks to Zulfi family for hosting him and the effort they put into making his stay comfortable. They made it very casual and entertaining for him and his dad even drove him back to his hotel 1.5 hours away. Thanks for showing the hospitality of pakistan and putting the effort in. @@kattappa4344 You completely misunderstood the whole thing. Using words like "Sales Target" are so inappropriate. First of all there's no concept of force conversion in Islam. For conversion to Islam it's mandatory that a person is willingly accepting islam from all his heart. Secondly, in this video their intentions were not to impress a non Muslim and to convert him but the comcept of hospitality is very common here in Pakistan. Not only with the foreigners but between locals as well. The purpose of giving him quran and asking him to read with the translation is just to make him realise that how peaceful our religion is and it's not like the way western media has portrayed islam in west.

I am from Kolkata and I have got relatives in Karachi Pakistan. This video really made me want to also sit and talk to Pakistanis, just chill and bond with them So wholesome. Also how the media shows like Hindus are treated badly, but again they are just a propaganda to create hatred between the people of both the countries. This was so wholesome. Literally felt like home they are so pure and raw and genuine. Love how they gifted him the Qur'an

But it's a Pakistani if not Muslim tradition to gift a Quran to the guest in Muslims whether it's a guest in your house or your daughter who is getting married (and the fact they gifted Dale a copy of the Quran should be celebrated because it proves that irrespective of his religious beliefs, they are inclusive and consider him a family member too). Growing up here, you'll see many people doing that. I got myself 2 different Qurans as a gift and I'm not even a non-Muslim so your whole conversion argument is totally futile. Peace

You can read Quran and choose not to convert and you can even choose not to read it. You are making it sound like a cult to convert people when it is solely their choice. Besides Islam is big part of the culture in Pakistan just like Hinduism is in India and Quran is considered most precious book and gifting it to someone means nothing but respect for that person, you are clearly not from here so you don't understand our culture. Also you giving out your religious blessing to someone who is not from your religion is kind of hypocrite after what you said about Quran. There is no bad karma to wash off and we are from good families. No one is gonna reborn. I hope you keep your religious beliefs to yourself next time because it is clearly visible what you are trying to do here, you are fooling no one.
