I downloaded all the 3 parts of Karate kid. It's a gem of a movie. The Chinese version of Karate kid with Jackie is nothing compared to the 80s version

I listen to this late last night in the park on my Bluetooth speaker, while eating pizza. I wonder how many passerby walkers around the loop recognized this tune. I think as I passed by the basketball court as I was leaving, some ballers seemed to recognize it fondly.

Takes me back to my childhood and neighborhood. Much of this movie was shot in my neighborhood. I know all the locations. So many life lessons in this movie

Cobra Kai is good but it can't beat the original.. full stop

This helps me relax so much thank you. I love movies because of Miyagi and the music I could listen to this forever. I listen to this during school and when I'm learning/practicing kata and martial arts and it makes me feel like I'm in karate kid especially when doing kata. I also love the Bonsai picture got one for Christmas and my uncle has so many Bonsais I love them!

Every day is a day trying to bring that other side to peace in me. This music has always helped, fire to ice. Ying to yang, instinct to intuition. I wish people could understand for me to deal with seizures, sensory overload, ADD, along possibly with PTSD and many other issues. The fear is never death by my own hand. But literally trying to keep my mind in balance, and never having to worry of a stroke, anxiety attack causing my body to overload and shut down. Everyday is a battle for me to just live and breath without my neurology going into a meltdown. 😢😢😢

Some of the best music from any movie. Ever

Conti's Pan flutes on this track is the essence of the Karate Kid movie. Miyagi training Daniel to learn balance on that canoe and training montage was one of the best parts of the movie. Amazing how the Pan Flutes can be made to sound Asiatic/Far Eastern. It would have been cool if they had more Koto playing in the first movie, KK II, incorporated it more. This music soothes thr savage beast in me..Miyagi-Do Karate.

I didn't see The Karate Kid 1984 in the theater, but I did see The Karate Kid II 1986 and The Karate Kid III 1989 in the theater❗ IMO, The Karate Kid 1984 was the best, The Karate Kid II 1986 was 2nd best, and The Karate Kid III was 3rd best❗ The Next Karate Kid 1994, not my favorite, but to each his or her own❗
