Karcher K2 Full Control - ALL TOOLS USED demonstration and all the parts of the K2 covered so you can easily decide this Compact pressure washer is right for you!!

This was excellent infomation re the Karcher K2. I'm thinking of buying one for this sort of use but most videos I found are geared toward car washing/valet service start-ups not property cleaning 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 It would been good to see a final thumb nail of the before and after of those pavers. Nevertheless, this video helped me decide to purchase one. Update: Bought one and I am very pleased with results.

This is the third review of the Karcher K2 Ive looked at and its the most concise it told me exactly what I needed to know - namely would my Hozelock hose fit the machine. Another reviewer recommended purchasing a Karcher Universal Hose Connector with Aqua Stop in case the hose blows off but I will try without. As I purchased it to clean my patio I will use the surface cleaner first. Thank you for posting this.

Thank you. I found an older one with very little use that is not portable with larger wheels and built in handle. Everything seems to be very sturdy.

I am a widow and have found a marcher in the garage . Very helpful video. What would help even more is a video of where to add all the attachments ( hose, cable, foam etc) ?

Hi Ginny. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you I have been moving house. There is only room for storing the two lances on the machine its self. If you have a look to the right and to the left of where the pull out handle goes into the back of the machine on to will see a recess on each side that you can push the main shaft of the lances into (Remeber to have the head of the lances above the top of the manchine, The lace shaft needs to be pushed in with a bit of force). With regard to the hose storage I put the gun in the slot on the side of the machine, coil the hose and place it over the pull out handle. I'm afrraid there is nowhere ion the machine to store the deck cleaning atttachment. We hope this is of help.

Good to see it working. I also us it on the mountain bike using a lower pressure to protect the bearings which works well. Is this the model you would recommend for performance/value?

Yep bang for your buck we have found this to be a fantastic pressure washer. It's like the iphone of pressure washers lots of people make extra bits for it so you have wide ranging functionality

Thank you very much for the in-depth review of this machine. Instead of buying a separate 10m hose, can I buy another 5m hose and connect the two with some sort of coupling to make a total of 10m?

Hi Behram. I hope you are well. I have to say the I don't know if you can extend the hose with a coupling as I have never seen such a product. All I can definitely say is the extended hose I use that I referenced in the video is very good and the extra length is most useful. I was using the K2 last week to clean a driveway, a back patio and a conservatory and it worked great. I have to also admit I stepped on the hose a lot and it held up fine. Sorry I can’t give you a link to an extension hose. Have a great day. Best regards Russ

Thanks very much but 1. I'd like to know how to fit the detergent, 2. Why didn't you show the comparative results of the three slabs?

Hi Vanessa. The detergent works best with the adjustable lance. Twist the end until it shows mix. Pull the small tube out of the back of the machine located near the bottom and place the end of the tube in the detergent. Then when you turn on the machine detergent comes through with the water. . The deal with comparison is this: They all cleaned very well and about as good as each other on that test. HOWEVER the dedicated deck clean attachment was very much quicker. If I had any partio/decking area to clean I would use this. BUT if you have very heavy deposits of say moss then use the needle lance. the other lance is more multi purpose but on hard it works really well and has a wider water contact point than the needle lance BUT the needle lance pulses and give a more powerful anf focused water contact point. Hi. We have tried it with a large water container and found the power of the jet is very much reduced. We think it needs the pressure from the tap for it to work properly. We hope this helps. Thanks for watching.

Hi the detergent bottle needs to sit next to the machine body as the pipe that comes out of the machine at the back that goes into the bottle isn't long at at all. I hope this helps.

Hi Helen. Although the research we did said yes it can. When we tried pulling the water from a large water container the results were not good. From our experience the K2 needs the additional pressure provided by a tap. I hope this is of help. Thank you for watching.

Hi Happy 2.. The water supply spigot on the back of the machine is of a standard hoze lock type. The hose to the gun is of a type specific to the machine. I hope this helps. Thanks for checking out our channel.
