I changed mine and what I did was to heat the assembly slightly with a hot air gun to expand it and then the seal came out and the new one went straight in. Because its aluminium it soon expands...I had some plastic pipe of the same size so it went in straight...

Hi, Does this pump have a unloader valve? I don't see the location on the outside of the pump like others.

Its located under the TRV where you see that black plastic part 1:52 remove that and unscrew the nut with a 19mm

the uploader valve can be hard to pull from the pump. it sits down in the pump and has a small "knob" on the top but its hard to access. I could not get needle nose pliers to get enough grip to pull the valve but I took a grinder and ground down the tips of the pliers about 1/4" inch. This allowed me to get more grip on the valve and it pulled out easily.
