Thank goodness she found a dress they all liked. If she didn't at this shop, I don't know if she would have been able to get a nice dress.

She knew her family was like that. I didn't see her feelings get hurt at all. Not all people take those words personally. Who knows - maybe she is also like that? The only thing I agree with you is that their energy was so strong that it kept her from overriding their opinions. She got lucky that she found a dress there. With the large selection in her size, Jo and Al's shop would have had the best chance to have "her" dress. If she went away empty handed, she may have had to wear her birthday suit down the aisle. Her mom and sister liked the dress she liked. Thank goodness. I also feel that Jo and Al would have stepped in if they didn't.

I liked the first one too. But I also liked the "Elsa" dress too. But the one she picked was also beautiful. I think she could have gotten any one of those and turned out ok. I think sometimes brides feel that there has to be "the one" and none else will do. I know pictures will be forever, but no one will remember her dress as much as she will. And the ceremony with her husband, family and friends is the most important in the end.

And, yes, I cried with Kelly, too!
