Karen Claims Our Shared Fence Is Hers Alone Loses Lawsuit After Survey Proves Her Wrong 

Easy to tell in our city who owns the fence. If you build a fence the attractive side has to face away from your property. If it is really impossible to tell and I have yet to see a fence that was, an official survey shows the property line. Fences cannot be built right on the line. There are requirements about how many feet it must be from the property line. If it was put up long ago and no survey done or put right on the line, most likely it has got to come down.
