We love Karen stories, but the OP needs better timing throughout the story to make it believable. He installs cameras one day, the next morning she is at it again, then when he calls police they arrest based on the video evidence from multiple times???

yeah the Telstra one is pretty normal they pretty much check the exchange and low and behold no fault found. problem is they don't check the system from the exchange to the service address which is usually where the problem is. in our area Telstra has known about the issue of badly corroded lines that need replacing for over 10 years and have done nothing about it. This is because Telstra is not going to spend the money on replacing the infrastructure as they know it is all going to be replaced with fiberoptics which is the responsibility of another company NBNCO. I changed from Telstra because of their lies they owed me over $800 in refunds and refused to pay it I had to involve the TIO as well and Telstra was ordered to make restitution of the refund within 14 days this took almost 4 years to happen.

When you have crappy butt-hole neighbors (or HOA), cameras are a requirement, not an option. You should be discrete about the cameras. That way the butt-holes would keep up their actions and do something really illegal.
