Karen Neighbor Starts Beef Over Property Lines 

I think as long as the people who own it next are cool he doesn't care. That's how I'd feel. As long as it's not bothering me who cares? 🤷‍♀️

Same situation happened across the street, the guy who owned the land the driveway was on was nice about it and ignored it. He moved away and the new home owners, who found out after 8 months, were not nice about it. The land owners offered to sell the land at a marked up value as long as the driveway owners covered the service costs with the city handling the property paperwork. The driveway owners stupidly refused, were taken to court, and now have to cover costs of removing portions of the driveway, removing sections of concrete patio, reinstalling the fence and reimbursing the land owners for property repairs. They're also left with a 3 foot wide "driveway" and a pool thats 2 feet away from their fence. My neighbors do not talk to each other besides argue about parking cars in front of each others' houses. I'd rather settle things with people I know than people I don't.

Agreed. In my experience black and white people get along great with normal black and white people but this crazy left and the crazy Karen's make the world a difficult place

this is true, my neighbor that I've always loved and have always cared for me, one day she came over my house and asked for an egg, she never gave it back, to hell with her.

Better than them in your business. My neighbors don't speak to me either and I like it that way.

Yet, when something happens by or on their property, they are asking the neighbors if they see anything funny or strange.

The police probably didn't want to come out. They do not like to be caught up in these neighbor grudge fights. Best keep them neutral or even on your side for when you go on the offense. At that time, the police 's help will serve you well.

Be happy that they believed the pins. Many of those people do not know what a pin is, and will not believe that the pins have anything to do with property lines.

Yep,,, I bought a new zero turn mower years ago. So I cut three of my neighbor lawn. Plowed the snow in their driveways. Every Christmas there were a couple cases of beer on the porch! Come to fourth of July, neighbor ask me if I mind he has fireworks at his party. Told him ,more the better, he was concerned because I have a pool. That's why I have a scimmer! Definitely good , to have good neighbors.

There's probably an easement that allows her access to the driveway

@@armandovega2100 even with the easement she wouldn't be allowed to use it. The easement would pass along to next buyer if she sold her property though.

@@markcash2 Why wouldn't she be able to use it? That's what an easement is for. There are many instances where many properties share a common driveway through an easement. Of course were just speculating in this instance that there is one in this case.

@@armandovega2100 She filed a protection order against him. By law she cannot put herself near him or his property, just like he cannot go near her or her property. The protection order trumps her "permission" to cross his land.

Back in time, there were neighbors there that didn't get upset with the neighbor trespassing. In fact they would allow it just because they were neighbors and friends. That is how that driveway came to be over the line.
