@CitizenCTD a frame job that has gps data showing her car reversing 50 ft at 25mph at the exact time frame multiple ppl saw her car parked out front of the house…I understand that conspiracy theories are interesting but you have to be practical. knuckle marks are inconsistent with a fight and very consistent with a slide injury, the scrapes change angles within 2 fingers consistent with rock embedded asphalt driveway, as i have had that happen in winter on rain to sleet to heavy wet snow storms as a UPS driver. done that atleast 3 times due to glare ice. it takes an injury like that from some one else whose done it a few times to know that injury by sight. you barely have time to get hand below you before you hit all within the blink of an eye.
The defense failed today real bad. you show videos of him calling for a fight, but have no evidence of him actually in a fight? defense, you really think Jury is just gonna go by your word? when they have 2 or more people hearing her screaming I hit him, I hit him, I must have hit him, did I hit him?? forget about the state having to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, but if you state something in your opening statement, you also need to prove that. and yet you still have not. I'm waiting for the experts to testify.
