I've been fairly quiet because I have connections to some of the innocent people involved and have personal knowledge, unrelated to this case, that some at Canton PD are corrupt. But I had no idea things would go this far. Take notice that the defense witnesses testimony were given politely, professionally, accurately and most important of all honestly. Everyone is tired of Lally, Canton PD and MSP asserting that we're not able to recognize when we're being lied to. It's ironic that Jenny's phone data examination was vital in proving those lies, especially when she's been so callously outspoken. Really sad to watch the lengths people will go to protect their own. The truth always comes to light.

I'm surprised no medical expert has indicated when vomiting could have occurred; I am assuming it was due to the dog attack pain added with the back of the head injury and loss of blood afterwards caused actual loss of consciousness, which is when those fuckers panicked and decided to thrown John in the front yard to die, instead of calling 911 for help! This entire case has me sick to my stomach!! Officer John O'Keefe was a good man (with faults as we all do) who didn't deserve this horrific treatment by his so-called brothers in blue! I hate that the actual murder of Officer O'Keefe will never be solved due to the purposely botched investigation and the total destruction of the actual crime scene inside that house! If the Alberts had nothing to hide, then why not let the investigators forensically examine the house??!! All of their actions show consciousness of guilt, from the rehoming of Chloe to the remodeling of the basement to the final sale of a house built by an ancestor, cellphone data and ultimate destruction of cell phones, and of course the retirement of a couple of people involved in the case, in fear of losing their pensions IMO! Shame on ALL of you involved, and I truly hope many pay for what they did. Proctor was only the skapegoat, and his actions allowed the real killers to cover their tracks! #FKR
Not sure why I thought this, but I just thought those AOs were probably going to try and frame this sweet man, Brian Louchran, until they decided to frame Karen! If this had happened, I bet Lucky would be sitting in prison right now for involuntary manslaughter! Am I wrong in thinking this was the Alberts' original option? Just curious as to what other ppl might be thinking.
It's interesting how Dr. Bello said she couldn't testify to certain injuries because she wasn't a bioMechanics expert when Judge ruled that defenses' bioMechanical expert was not able to testify on the medical aspects of John's injuries when I and even Dr.Bello thinks that would be the best person to ask those questions to. Again, I feel Judge's lack of knowledge into what that discipline of study entails caused her to make the wrong calling in regards to testimony allowed or disallowed!!
Not 100% , only 99.99% that the m/v that Lucky saw parked in the street at 34 Fairview , at approx. 2:30am, in front of the flag pole , was Kevin Albert's car . He was there to assist in moving John O'Keefe's body from the house or backyard to the front lawn , why else would a same make and model car , that Kevin Albert owned be parked in front of his brothers house during a snow storm ? That Canton Deputy Chief , ' solo cup Kelliher , who lived across the street be investigated ..... 3 ring cameras that just all happen to be not operating ; there was no power failure in Canton that night !
I'm actually surprised that Lally asked Dr. Russell about head injury because he was the one that objected to her testimony to ANY of JO's injuries, and the judge then went on to allow ONLY the arm injuries as they pretain the dog bites! Period!! I can't believe that Lally is trying to discredit this expert. 😅 I know he is just doing his job, but all I can say is Really?! For him to call Trooper Paul as his expert and then to try and suggest that Dr. Russell who has 29yrs experience as an actual doctor who treated hundreds it not thousands of animal bites could be wrong in her assessment is a total joke!!
Mr. Green was hard of hearing, and Lally MUBBLING his questions didn't help! I hated when Lally asked his questions in a twisted or inaccurate fashion due to his lack of knowledge of data forensics and then made the witness look like he didn't know his field of study and flustered Mr.Green. I like how Mr. Green stood his ground and literally used the same iPhone 11 and same iOS plus app versions because he seems to definitely have compared apples to apples, IMO. Whereas CW experts only mentioned using latest version of forensic apps and didn't mention actually testing on identical phone and apps. Oh also, I hate the dick version of Lally, as bad as the lethargic version!
