It’s taking this long because the judge stated they could not just go in there and take a preemptive vote. She said they have to specifically go through each and every piece of evidence and testimony.

@@EC-dz3fb It's definitely not a slam dunk if the choices are "guilty" or "innocent". But the choices are "guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" or "reasonable doubt of guilt and therefore not guilty". That's a slam-dunk case for anyone who doesn't bow down to the thin blue line. The dog bite/scratch testimony, the evidence of O"Keefe moving around after Read MUST have left the house, the testimony about observed vs. vehicular injury....this SHOULD be a slam-dunk case even for "innocent", but for just "reasonable doubt" I'm not sure how anyone but the most biased pro-cop, pro-prosecution jury could fail to have come to a conclusion of "not guilty" by now.

If a hard head in the group is stuck on guilty then they are wasting time and tax payers dollars, there is enough reasonable doubt to find her not guilty, if a guilty verdict is returned it will immediately be overturned by an appellate court. The higher court knows and understands how the law works the jury not so much.

They are a group of 12 people with probably different views ! They were instructed to go over all evidence and then rule on each charge separately. There’s no way that all 12 are going to be on the same page. They have to put their heads together to come up with a unanimous verdict. We’re just armchair jurors . They are supposed to follow all the rules , not just walk in the deliberation room and say ok “let’s take a vote “ (I’m sure they would like to) I get what you’re saying, it would be nice to get a verdict asap. Hang in there, hopefully by weeks end ! I’m thinking Friday will be the day !

That doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. It’s very rare t have it in reverse at speed and be clipped in light snow etc etc. so nothings evert the same. This is very unique. Also with a glass 🥃 n his hand. Guilty. She said he was dead at 5am. Then she said he got hit by a plough. Yeah that’s normal lol. Then sees a body under snow with X-ray vision. The admits it. Guilty.

@@maureenmurphy-5343 There are two gates in the front of that house. They are both visible on Zillow. I had to look at Zillow to see the smaller gate next to the garage because they never showed it to the jury, and they never talked about it. It seemed like an intentional omission to me. If you have a fenced in yard, the most common place to have a gate, if you have only one, is next to the garage. I think that larger gate in the front of their house that was shown in court was probably added later when the pool was put in. The small gate next to their garage looks less than 4 feet wide, so you could not get tree equipment through there, etc. They have more gates in their fence than I have ever seen in one yard. There is at least one other in the back of the property that was referred to in testimony. Look at Zillow. There is one picture that clearly shows the hinges on the little gate next to the garage.

unless he is able to get hit by a vehicle going 24mph and thrown 30 feet and magically not get any bruising which is impossible then how is this even a question - we don’t even have to cover the insane amount of other incompetence, inconsistencies, and lies. She could get I hit him tattooed on her forehead and it wouldn’t make it true - not that anyone who testified she said it reported it on any of there reports or questioning that day - seems like that would be an important thing to mention before a year had past. But again doesn’t even matter if it contradicts the hard evidence showing it’s impossible. Biology, Physics, and Time itself say she’s innocent.

Well this just gets worse - when she read out charges then more little bits were added I feel they are trying to get her one way if not another, yes I agree if she was over limit when driving fine but they keep adding bits on - they have just come back in no jury Jackson is furious because she isn’t adding option NG. This will go to appeal and if she does one day of jail time there is going to be a huge law suit. If it’s a hung jury or mistrial will the prosecution risk going again I wonder being a small town if any of the Jurors know the key players- was that why they sat in. I still can’t get my head around Proctor looking for Nudes and his derogatory comments - those who think that’s fine - I wish you would consider how you would feel if this was your daughter- would you be okay then with all these discrepancies???

So, when judge berated KR for laughing/smiling, I laughed at the exchange between the Defence lawyer and the judge cause I found it funny. JB - That's how we've always done it and it is how we will do it. D - That's not how we do it, so I'd rather we did it my way. If the verdict slip doesn't have any not guilty guilty options available for subordinate charges then The top of the verdict form needs to include clarification: "Check only one of the following choices" and "We find the defendant NOT GUILTY of the offense charged or any lesser included offense"...... followed by subordinate charges.

Is that the Commonwealth’s verdict form use there statewide? I understand it but the jury might not understand it because all it is if you don’t check guilty it means not guilty but isn’t easier to have a check mark guilty and a check mark not guilty on each counts. Simple.
