500 years ago, she'd have been dealt with in a manner not describable on you tube. She spooked the horse, and turned me into a newt!!! ........I got better......😊
I don’t understand why anyone is allowed to touch the horses. Taking pictures is fine, but no touch. This woman is loving every bit of attention she gets. She has a real problem. I don’t understand why the police can’t do more to keep her under control. She is very annoying to the guards and the horses. She just doesn’t get it and is very defiant.
People should respect the soldier and the horse. They are both working and doing a job (like service animals too). Those horses are not ‘pets’ and they do not need petting. All the horses look well cared for and loved. Should strangers be allowed to pinch the cheeks of your toddler or pat them on their head? No? Not even if they explained your child was very cute and the wanted to touch them very much? No. Same with animals I think. Boundaries should be more universally respect.
Someone commented on another of Buska's vids that she needs to buy a book about horses and play with that instead. Sound advice! She certainly needs a new hobby: serial horse harrassment isn't pleasant, no matter how ofter you maniacally laugh. Maybe if she took riding lessons she'd be happier and would cut out this crap.

I can imagine her one day chaining herself to the horse so she doesn't have to let go. She'd love the attention that brings her. It may be good for the videos but I can't see a happy ending. @@desres2281 I think your suggestion would put a stop to all the silly " Karen" tourists. Their silliness is escalating and I'm concerned for the horse's and guards safety . So many people have suggested a barrier of some sort, I can't understand why this isn't happening . One day it'll go too far & then they'll be forced into doing something, but why wait? Is my question.
Yep it's a worry, I have a working animal, as a therapy companion. People constantly feel free to come up and touch him, even when I say no some persist. It really upsets me

The Police had a conversation with the guard, maybe the guard wanted people to stop touching his horse which is perfectly understandable. Well done officers for guarding the guard from these nuisances (especially loony)
It is because of this woman. She is a constant troublemaker and I thought they had already due to her past behaviour banned her from being there. They really need to do something about her as it is ridiculous that so much manpower is being wasted on this nuisance.

I bet she hasn't any idea of how much reach a horse has and the split second it can move in. Very true. She gets a negative reaction from the horses and the guards. I wonder if it’s because the guards tense up when they see her too. Because it’s clear the horses don’t like her. I trust animals judgement of people. I wish a human would speak for them.
She unerves the horses..staring at them...the fact she's standing there makes them restless..this is wrong and unfair..the Guards can look after themselves and ARE allowed to tell people to go away if they are being a nuisance..the horses cannot speak for themselves.This is just so wrong.

Her whole demeanour, and over the top jovial behaviour is disturbing, I can't say way exactly, truly puts the shivers down my spine. Way too friendly, outwardly guarded and super unnerving!!!!
@GOTTABE SOMETIME I agree. Most people have strong enough intuition to sense that something is wrong here. Part of the unease is that she adopts behavior of someone who works there with authority to lead people up to have their photo taken and to pet the horse. Because the crowd believes that she is associated with the Palace, they allow her to pick up their children. I doubt that any good parent would let a random stranger pick up their child unless they thought she was a safe employee there. Pretense of authority, agitating horses and distracting guards with daily, prolonged, exuberant presence makes her security risk.
this woman had already been warned off the other horse and came over to the second one. she would not leave them alone. she kept screening and pushing people to get more touchy with the horse. She did know when to quit. Something was not right with her.

They should make this permanent. Change the sign from "Beware they may bite" To NO TOUCHING THE HORSES. And the next time Karen or anyone else doesn't obey, they get one warning. She does it again... she gets arrested. This is stupid.

There's a lot of hysterical cackling going on there about this woman and the police officers moving her away, but she gets in everyone's way and I bet the guards are pissed off with her.
From my understanding, there are very few officers that are armed with guns like that there. It’s sad that she actually really did ruin it for so many others.

Also in this area of central London, especially around royal/military locations and other tourist attractions, they have a lot of armed officers and counter terrorist squads that carry anything from side arms to MP7/5s to AR15 type rifle platforms or a combination of all the above. Might look like only a few but there will be about 10 at this site alone, similar numbers at similar sites as well as all the quick response teams driving around the area at all times.
My respect to the guard. She should be band from coming near any of the guards and their mounts. Being told if she does again she'll be arrested , and arrest her if she does. It's that simple. It would put a stop to her. She shouldn't be allowed to spoil it for everyone else. Most people are respectful towards them. It's ashame , there has to be someone like her to interfere with others getting pictures with these honorable guards and mounts. Much respect.

If she spooks the horse . It can not only hurt the guard and horse , it as well could hurt someone standing around the area by bolting if the horse is spooked. Yes I agree with you that she has a mental disorder. All the more reason to band her being close to these mounts. And if she doesn't comply then , yes there's the reason to arrest her . Plain and simple. Horses are not stupid animals by any means. They can detect when something is wrong with a person as service animals can. And it makes them nervous. As well train as these mounts are. They are still none the less a horse. And can get out of control. Regardless how well trained these guards are with them. This is a very powerful animal. Even the best of riders can have trouble controlling one with a horse gets scared. All it takes is one false move from her. Something that anyone who doesn't know horses can make easy enough. My respect to the guards for trying to be respectful and that's what he/ she as doing. But it doesn't change the fact, this is not at all a good situation for both guard and horse. That's my reason for my comment. And thank you for your service. My father was also police.
As a British Citizen I am greatly offended at her disrespect of the King's Guards and deeply disappointed the police can't arrest her for harassing defenceless animals.
Both the guardsman and horses are so good, but her cackling and dominating what should be a great experience for all those tourists. Sorry but she needs to given a warning, stop hogging the poor horses let the tourists have a chance

I guess she is harmless but OMG it must drive the guard nuts to have her standing there laughing for hours. It's very different to all the 'normal' people coming over for a pat and a photo.

Inserting herself in to the tourist's business and photos. That creepy smile and laugh standing there with her arms crossed which anyone knows is a defiant stance. She needs to be legally trespassed.

I get the impression that she feels that as she is there so often, she is a part of the guard, the way she constantly smiles, and interacts with people, even calling over to pat the horse, and saying “no he won’t bite”…maybe she is lonely?
