Karens Who Got What They Really DESERVED... REACTION | OFFICE BLOKES REACT!! 

HIPAA law states that Healthcare providers and employers can't share a person's medical information with anyone.

The one where the Lyft driver kicked the couple out for being racist was here in our area. He was picking them up outside the bar that they owned. He posted it to Facebook with the name of the bar. Their business took a nosedive.

The thing that bugs me about Karens is that they can get away with being violent little nuisances towards you and you're expected to take the abuse, remain calm, record if you can and let the law handle it (if it even does). People will praise you for remaining calm and taking abuse, but not for retaliating and standing up for yourself. I just hate that we have to coexist with demonic entities known as Karens.

People not keeping a handle on their kids always pisses me off. When I worked retail I've seen people plop their kids on the floor and dump out bins of sparkly bracelets for the kid to play with while they shop, or take a bike off the rack and tell their kid to go ride and while they shop.

The Lowe’s employee was wrong. The Karen being racist caused the commotion and he should of asked HER to leave. If you listen to the woman being harassed, the Karen took a product out of her hand and told her to go back to her own country. That is both physical and verbal assault with racism and is a crime. That Karen should be taken out in handcuffs and that employee should be fired for harassing a crime victim.

Legally you can film anything in the view of the public eye. Essentially anywhere privacy is not expected. Also though, legally a store can refuse service if they tell you not to record and you continue to do so, its a bad look for PR. But it's a private business. They nor anyone can force you to delete a video.

That teacher definitely CROSSED the line. Get it? See what I did there?

Hipaa law is medical privacy. It's against Hipaa for a medical professional to reveal the medical history of anyone. That guy has no right to ask for her to delete the video. He can tell her to stop recording since it's private property, but he can't ask for it to be deleted. Plus, he is terrible at customer service.

The Yacht Rental one. It is a family business and the girl behind the counter is the owners daughter. It continued with the Karen saying she was going to report the girl behind the counter to the owners!

My daughter had a Karen come into Pet Smart during the pandemic and raise holy hell because they didn't have a pink dog collar in the store. After finishing her tirade she finally stormed out of the store. Talk about being self-absorbed. There were people everywhere who lost their jobs and could barely afford food and she's throwing a fit over a pink dog collar.

The only way her HIPAA rights would've been violated is if someone had shown her personal medical info without her consent, anyone in public areas can be recorded in America without consent

It's legal to film in a store, they can trespass you, but it wouldn't be a good look for the company to be trespassed for filming in public.

All of these people need to be taught a lesson in manners. That would be the teacher's last day of school. The Lowe's employee should be fired for what he was doing to that lady!!

Teachers in public schools in America do and say many things that are NOT ok and I’ve had to tell my daughter girl just let me handle me it, try to get it on video (though they now trying to ban phones) but some of the things that are said be WILD! It’s the same with parenting/adults devolving into juveniles and demanding authoritarian rule. That or give up altogether

We had a substitute teacher once for my biology class in high school, and me and my buddies convinced him that we had to blow up water balloons for the pep-rally after school. (there was a pep rally, but we weren't going) and also that we had to leave early. It was a science class so the room had lab stations...we filled up a few dozen water balloons, found an empty classroom on the 2nd floor overlooking the outdoor area and waited for the bell to ring...and then...UNLEASHED HELL FIRE!!! He became a full time teacher the next year and was MUCH stricter on his students from what I heard. I guess he got reprimanded for being a fool. I felt kinda bad, but we had a lot of fun.

In the U.S., anyone in public, whether it is in the store or not, can video. It has been decided by the Supreme Court that freedom of the press includes anyone who is documenting. If it was a private home or office, it would be different and she would not be allowed to record. She could be asked to leave by the store, but they do not have the right to ask her to not to record or delete the video. But there would be a difference if it is considered voyeuristic in nature or stalking.

The 'lobster" incident... I wonder if those guys were selling those sandwiches... without a license. They were all pretty willing to leave when threatened, for sure. If it were me, I'd ask if they had a vendor license, if not, finish the day, then get one and don't come back without one. But certainly not go all 'Karen' on their ass! 😏

(Sorry for length. Just thorough with my thoughts is all.) Ah, shitty teachers in shitty schools in shitty states. I moved from Washington State to Montana during 3rd grade, and I saw first hand how some states are way behind others. I already understood multiplication and division, introduced to fractions, could write in cursive, had a 5th grade reading level (average), and other subject by the end of 2nd grade in WA. In Montana.. they were still doing large sum addition and subtraction in 3rd, and practically gave us "practice your alphabet" assignments. Still had students sit and listen to adults read books to the class rather than read them yourself (did this up top to 7th grade.) My first teacher accused me of cheating on pretty much everything she could, and since she couldn't "prove" it, she'd target and punish me for stupid things. I said "ain't" once, so she made me do triple the spelling assignments for the week on top of the other work thinking it would bog me down for the weekend. I finished all the work and the "punishment" assignment the same day, handed it all to her on the way out. I assume she was pissed but got the message. My 4th grade teacher or her son stole a rhyming poem I wrote for an essay contest the grade schools all participated in to win prizes. The subject was, "What Reading Means to Me." They put his name on it and won. Other students also knew it was mine and called them out too. She protected her son, said I was just jealous because he was just so good and I never submitted anything, and the school did nothing about it. In high school, a friend was having trouble with the algebra assignment. Kids with their hands up and down from arms being tired for almost 30 minutes while she read a magazine. I got angry and started helping a few others understand what to do. She didn't notice for 10 minutes then tells me to stop talking to them. I explained I wasn't doing the work for them I was helping them understand how to do it since they got confused. She said she was the teacher and I was not. Frustrated as hell, I said something along the lines of if you were doing your job instead of reading a magazine I wouldn't have had to do your job for you. Kicked from her classroom permanently and had "computer class" the rest of my time that year. But that teacher was cool. She never got mad that I helped people, encouraged helping each other, let us play games and surf the net when the lessons were done. If you read all this, you're just as bored as I am. Glad I could help ya kill time. Have a good one.

The apartment lady talking about giving her life Christ pisses me off because as a Child of Christ myself I have 2 questions to ask: 1)what does he have to do with this? and 2) would he act this way? 7:42 Not sure what the woman and guy did wrong that are being recorded. It sounds like there was only two items left and the woman recording was taking them both and the other woman wanted one. They likely exchanged words and she did say go back to where that works or something, I doubt she said your country. If this was during lockdowns some items were limited to 1 item a person and from the sounds of it she was holding one for her dad, which is likey why the woman got mad. The guy is 100% in the right, he was trying to claim them both down and resolve the problem, he asked her to stop filming which he has the rights to do, he then asked her to delete the video which he also has the right to do. He later told her delete the video or she would be refused service and kicked out of the store, again he has the right to do that, she also has the right to keep filming and not delete the video, but that will resault in her being trspassed from the store which it likely did.

Red west guy (Lowes) did good job. We (and him) don't know what happened before she started recording, it sounded to me like she was "reserving" some items on the shelf and other lady took one. Even if she said "go back where you came from" it is not a crime, freedom of speech is still law in US as long as she didn't threaten her with violence.
