I present to you my other life gain deck. Led by Karlov of the Ghost Council, this build looks to start gaining life early and often, taking advantage of all the perks for doing so. The deck has 3 combos that synergize well with the deck even if the infinite loops aren't completed. Lots of value and lots of life!

I have built a Karlov commander with less creatures and many more artifacts/equipments and life gain engine. Similar to the Wyleth precon but focused on pumping Karlov and getting him shrouded/indestructible. Very fun to play!

Hey man, great video; I just put a Karlov deck together. Another fun creature suggestion is Crested Sunmare. It makes a 5/5 horse on every players endstep if you gained life that turn. It also gives those horses indestructible. Great card in Karlov!

Crested Sunmare would be a great addition to the deck. Horses on each end step would be amazing.

Thanks for this. Every other video I’ve watched on Karlov have wanted to make it a voltron deck instead of a life gain deck which I didn’t want.

Despite the focus on life gain, Karlov uses the triggers and makes himself very big and scary anyway! Happy crafting

Fun deck tech! Question, would it possibly be better to skip on creature removal spells since Karlov can act as creature removal and give those card slots to more life gain or ramp
