"Mindblowing"! That's all you need say Jimmy! One word that sums up this amazing young lady! Those performances on "Protsenko Hill" were really mindblowing! I remember she did a performance of "Amazing Grace" where she both sang and played the violin. That was truly memorable. Her '16th' next week will be very special. Thanks for this amazing choice Toivo, and for your great reaction Jimmy.

Hi Jimmy amd Toivo! Thanks for doiing a reactiom to Karolina's cover of "Tears of Gold". Took you long enough. She does an outstamding job of singing thid song, which is very difficult to sing. Her angelic voice amd projected vocal rums during yhid performance are fantastic! Jher beauty and professional demraner shine through and are as bright as the sun shining in the background on Karolina mountain. You shoul do more reactions to her boice covrrs which are as good asher violin in mamy cases. My favorite artist. Love her! ❤⚘😂💫💥⚘🌈🎶❤

A good cover..my favorite : " Titanium ", with Miss Ella!! There,one can see n hear the full range that Miss K and Miss Ella are capable of!! As another ( reactor) has stated.." yes,there are production values in this and Titanium, however,if you have been in the business or are an entertainer..YOU know that as a fact,if ya don't have the " stuff" to put thru the process..what comes out..is garbage!!" The ladies have got the chops..and can use 'em when needed!! YES, an awesome job on this cover and I too Miss the pieces from ... " PROTSENKO PEAK"! Best to all, now...I have to bail out my back porch,from ( hurricane Helene)! Stay dry,stay...... awesome !! 🎶🐺🧙‍♂️👍🎶

Good morning, everybody! This is Karolina reaction video # 98 on Jimmy's wonderful channel. We need to show flashbacks to Karolina's earlier performances in order to see her progress in the musical world more clearly. It is a pity the family has moved away from this iconic nature spot and no new videos are made there. But this place is full of beautiful and tearfully nostalgic musical wonders by Karolina and her other musician friends and family. In my opinion they should find a new permanent nature site to replace this beauty spot that has so enhanced her musical performances with stunning environment. In recent times I see a gradually growing concentration of her attention to violin, especially to the classical side of it - less for singing or piano. Buying a new high quality great-sounding violin, learning new repertoire and concertos, trying them out in her studio performances - at the same time continuing her popular violin performances on Santa Monica street or elsewhere. I also see that her family has added grand acoustic piano to electronic keyboards at their home, so little Leo is learning piano on a genuine instrument. As all of our fan community knows Karolina's 16th birthday comes in a week. Please be here for a celebration of it. Cheers!

Hi Toivo! Thanks to you and Jimmy for this review. I'm so glad there are some folks who share my opinion that Miss K. also has an incredible voice to go along with her mind-bending violin ability. It seems to me that the voice is more difficult to carry with a street performance and that explains why we haven't been seeing it as often. I also appreciate the studio and "controlled-venue" performances, even if critics could claim they were faked because we know they're real.

@@Guillermo.R.S. My eyes turned damp seeing you here after such a long time! Unfortunately I don't know anything besides having seen it in their living patio. The video clips have been too fleeting even to establish the name of the maker company. I only know that it is black and it is a grand piano. By the way, did you know Guillermo that there is a big piano factory in Tallinn, having a world-wide reputation of making high-quality grand concert pianos? Hand-made, not conveyer method. Appropriately named "Estonia". Sold around the world and especially in US. Cheers and happy to see you back, even if moderately!

Hi toivo one question for you is the violin strings metallic or gut?? And if you are left handed do you alter them for a left hand player .Next is Jimmy's reactions channel are you guys having a karolina bash for her 16th birthday 16 doesn't seem that long ago I watch her when she was only 9years old I hope you can help me. Hi, James - I try to answer as well as I can, not exactly being a violin expert. The strings of older violins (including the quite historical instrument Karolina recently acquiered) are usually made from animal intestinal material called catgut, but after World War II it was gradually replaced by nylon or steel. The strings have been tuned to represent G, D, A and E respectively from left to right and all other notes are placed around these key notes on respective strings depending of the shortening or adding to the length of the string by fingers. Violinist must know the exact place of every note on a string by millimetre except four basic ones played without fingering. To get an acoustic and resonating sound instead of just plain one the violinist applies a combination of arm, wrist and finger vibrato to as many notes as possible. Being left-handed requires the string order to be reversed obviously. Not that I know many left-handed violinists, hardly any at all. Some videos have it, but it usually is a reversed picture for copyright reasons. To get more indepth description of violins you may want to consult Wikipedia for example. And yes - recommend to be here on Oct. 3rd. It will be the most extensive and versatile video representation so far - three videos from over two year time span melded into one big reaction.
