The camera does not flash in orange and green but only in red and when I press the button for a few seconds it continues like this, any solution?

Move the camera up and there should be a reset button. Hold the reset button for 5 seconds and that should work. It worked for me

Push the reset button (on the tilt model, you have to rotate UP as of the csnera is looking at ceiling & that reveals the button). After you press for a long time (15 seconds), it should blink orange & green. I had initially incorrectly assumed I had to be connected to •MY• internet router. That was a FALSE assumption. What you need to set up the camera is going to your phone SETTINGS; WI-FI; then select the network that says “KasaCam” or wherever has the word “Kasa” in it.

Does the cord need to be plugged in to my camera. in order for me to see it if I’m out of town?

@@MikesReviews Oh I see... have you had any issues with having it continually saved to your SD card? I heard some users saying it doesnt save footage without subscription.

Do you have to have SD card so you can see what it recorded? Or is there another way to watch recording

You don't have to do the SD card, you can store the recordings on the cloud also

no, it only uses the memory as a local storage/when you are not online

It does all the “connecting” then the camera light turns red and says “offline” it’s been over an hour and I’m so mad!!
