If you are new in to Sikhi, or someone that has recently started wearing a Kashera, this video is for you! When you are on your period simply wear a underwear underneath your kashera and put on a pad/tampon whatever you would normally use. This video also addresses whether you can do seva whilst on your period.

I want that you should make video about how can we adjust our kachera lines inside our legging or any clothes we wear so that’s we trouble to hide those in any situation when we put any leggings or pants because it is visible in every clothing we wear🙏🙏

there is no historical proof guru ji told women to wear kashera.thas just wierd guru ji telling women what to do .Yall r making guru ji seem like wierdo who told women to wear this and that. this stuff is only for kshrtiyas. and if a specific women wants to be kshtri she needs to know her istri dharm and need to know she should be taking care of children and household , not go fighting when there is war unless all men die or sumthing

I think you are confused about which religion you are speaking about. Your profile picture shows you are of a different religion as well. You should read the whole Guru Granth Sahib Maharaj and read history before you make statements that are completely untrue. You should read about Mai Bhago and Mata Sahib Kaur our warriors and the first Sikh. Only if you have an inferior opinion of women doesn't mean you need to say it is about a religion. Women can do whatever they want whether that is being a warrior, a house wife, a parcharik , a business women. There is no limit. We are daughters of Guru Gobind Singh ji and Mata Sahib Kaur.

Amrit was made for women and men. The 5 kakars are for both. Totally fine if you want to believe your own beliefs.

@@mrskaurteaches OH my profile shows im not sikh and have not read guru granth sahib? u think in guru granth sahib guru ji doesn't talk about sargun paramaatma shri krishan? shyaam sundar , gopal, krishan,Narayan all these shbd r in Ggsg . explain the pngti . i have lot of shbd in my mind from ggsg abt shri krishan like tere banke loen ,"dhan dhan tu mata devki jeh greh ramiya kawalapati. now ur gonna say oh noo its talking abt nirgun the formless akaal purukh lol. but anyways where the historical proof that everyone got amrit.bcs ive read sarbloh granth, puraatan suraj prkaash,aadhi granth and so on and found no proof there instead found how we r related to sanatan dharm.the naamdharis started this prtha of having women take amrit
