You can't cover it by public transport. It's very complicated for these two places.

Yes but why to take a risk you are going to cover more than 200kms (return journey) and incase your scooty gets some sort of issue you will be in great trouble. The problem could be tyre burst, engine oil or if it's ice on road, you won't stand two minutes on road. I once tried it on Gulmarg road and had to get a mechanic at 8pm he ruined by scooty carbourator. A bike is more reliable.

Hotels aap ko Rs 500 se leke 50000 tak mil jayenge aap decide Karo kis mein bethna hai. Humne sab bataya hain video mein about charges also about union cab in pahalgam. Video ache se dekho aapko rates bhi pata chal jayega.

Very limited busses. But yes mini busses and shared taxi are very common.

Not sure about direct sharing cab but yes there is service from bandipora -sopore - kupwara.

It's 3 days old and there is no snow in kashmir now. If there is fresh snow in october only then you may see snow.

There is no direct service of shared taxi from srinagar to pahalgam. We have all explained it in this video. Srinagar to Anantnag and then Anantnag to pahalgam.
