New Converts should be allowed to begin their sanctification without being criticized for not starting "correctly." These critical "christians" don't seem to have any understanding the sanctification process. They should revisit their faith, and find a Bible believing church.

Who are we to judge? Do we think we can do a better job than God? We're to follow his will, not try to figure out who isn't. We should warn out brothers in good faith if they are stumbling, but should not attack and ridicule those weak in faith or just starting lest we cause them to stumble.

I'm saddened by the legalistic people who can't rejoice that this lady is moving towards the Lord..I don't care what her look is ...God can use it .. So much legalism out there .. unfortunately, when you’ve been an addict for 20 years, you can’t expect every member of your family to believe that there was a true change without you proving over and over again, that there was a true change. I say that as someone who lost their brother to drugs two years ago after he told us, he was cleaning and sober, and had changed his ways. You need to give your family Grace as they’ve been through as much as you have when it concerns your former addiction.

I get attacked online all the time by professing Christians. They condemn (not their job), they judge harshly (from ignorance, they know nothing about me) and they are incredibly accusatory (false accusations seeing as they don't even know me). It is literally disgusting and it takes all of my control not to let loose on them sometimes, but instead try to be the calm one! I usually end up telling them to go plough their own field cos they are disrupting my pasture and they are therefore railing against the Holy Spirit and not me per se!

Not just that. I have a coworker that grew up in the Catholic church( not slamming them), and because of his bad experience, he has rejected Christianity as valuable or sincere. From what he has said, I can't blame him. Is there such a thing as Christian in name only? When we are well fed it may be easy to loose sympathy for those who are starving.

We believe that god sent himself down from up above to show us the way and how to be the best version of ourselves. God let his son be crucified because it showed us our own evil and imperfection and it was his way of giving us salvation. God himself didn't torture Jesus, we did. We did it because we are flawed, fallen creatures. The fact that god and more importantly Jesus himself would let mere humans kill him so that we could all live forever is the greatest form of love. It's like a father letting his children have another chance when they make mistakes because they don't know what they're doing.

Jesus will answer if you ask him. The best way to get to know someone is to talk to them directly!

Regarding the typical “Cultural Christian”. Unfortunately, too many people call themselves followers of Jesus but don't realize that all they have actually done is adopt a "Cultural-Christian" identity that is basically, modern day "Pharisee" behavior with a western-cultural paint job. This faux-faith behavior allows them to remain EXACTLY as they are and never experience the change that is invoked internally by the Holy Spirit upon a heart that is actually open to Christ, willing and humble. This behavior allows these supposed "Christians" to remain comfortable, safe and stagnant, YET provides them with enough delusional sentiment about their supposed faith in Christ through religiosity, traditions, rule following and "personal goodness-behavior" (just like the Pharisees were doing...) which in tern magnifies their innate desire to do many sinful things such as worship religion, comfort, their rights, politics and quarreling whilst dying on hills for arguments that are of NO USE or BENEFIT either to the church or the lost's impression of church; and also leads them to condemn, judge and hold themselves higher than others, SPECIFICALLY the lost and those outside the church... Ironically, the VERY PEOPLE Christ has commanded them through Paul, NOT to judge and the VERY PEOPLE to whom which Christ has commanded them to administer his unconditional, self-sacrificing love. These so-called "Christians" tend to be one of the main reasons that so many non-believers (specifically, in America) are TERRIFIED of church, hold so much contempt towards Christ without even knowing him and are absolutely Repelled by the mere thought of Christianity. These "Christians" attempt to martyr themselves for their atrocious representation of Christ by claiming that it's the "lostness" of a non-believing person that causes such disdain towards themselves and the way of Christ (as if the two identities held ANY similarities...) and this suffices for their pious, narrative as there is actual, Biblical truth to this concept... a concept that would compel a TRUE Christian’s mercy towards the lost and meekness towards themselves, brought upon by the Spirit's introspection of their own hearts being weighed against the reality of verses such as Ephesians 2: 8-9; a verse that teaches us that it is God's saving grace that leads us to salvation, something we are incapable of attaining ourselves. However, the Brazenness to label themselves as "Christians" whilst claiming the banner of Christ coupled with their absolute hypocrisy, historically has had CATASTROPHIC REPERCUSSIONS upon the impressions that non-believers have of Christ and his church and in my opinion is one of satan's greatest tools for keeping the non-believing folks of our world as far away as possible from the salvation that awaits them in Christ. Unfortunately for these so called "believers in Christ", their perspectives are to marred and blinded by their pharisitical behavior to even realize this, half the time... otherwise they may repent and allow God to change their hearts and actually be of some use to the expanding of His Kingdom and the lost whom Christ longs to bring into it.

Well. Christians should preach against sin. However, while preaching against sin, we must also realize that, we ourselves are also not perfect. All fall short. Jesus Christ is the most inclusive God there ever was, and ever will be. That is because Jesus is real, and invites the whole world to be forgiven by believing on what he did in faith alone, and not of ourselves. Only God has a right to judge another human being when it comes to some ones soul. And Jesus is God. And I can prove that from the scriptures. Christians who judge other's souls must not have gotten the message that they were also born in iniquity, and are no better than anyone else. We did not save ourselves by living a perfect life. Jesus lived a perfect life so sinners didn't have to. If a Christian decides to judge you, why don't you let them know how they sound, and tell them to turn to Romans 3:10 KJV for some self examination.
