rainbow text just means it is the first of that thing you have ever found (they change to white after you are scored) I am fairly sure it is a glitch that was just left in but the roboking's head flashes red when he shows a new cousin or present it only ever dose this normally when he is giving you a game over lecture lol your first present unlocks the screen shot mode you don't get to wear the camera

Okay, this is making me go bananas, Masae! The sound effect for the menu of this game is the same as when a lot of your 'text-over-video' moments come up. So when I'm changing tabs, and I heard that sound effect, I thought you were saying something in post. Now I know two things: 1- this series is the origin of that sound effect. 2- I'm going to go bananas with this LP of yours.
ROBO RAINBOW! Oh my goodness, if that intro is anything to go by, this game will be insane like the previous ones, that'll be fun! Okay, those picture-book transitions were awesome. It's actually very cool how even in the tutorial, it shows how the world unfolds in access to you, since you're first constrained by walls, but then you pick them up, then soon they're tiny bumps beneath your katamari. That's really neat game design, showing how the world unfolds for you! I honestly don't know if I adore or dislike this artstyle, it's so... different?
I played a Katamari game demo a looong time ago so I was aware of how the wacky gameplay was but I never knew how crazy and weird the series really is with the dialogue and story. First time seeing any of this and I like it.

holy shit it's been a good amount of time before seeing this channel again... I watched the beautiful katamari series since I was a PS3 kid and had HOPED for the forever series... Well, for the missing generation walkthrough, this binge is for the younger me that couldn't find it!

Someone else who knows about Klonoa!? :O I really wish they would revive that series. It was an interesting mix of puzzle and platforming that I didn't see often. If they really want to play safe with it, then they should at least release a PSN playstore/eShop game instead of a full release.
I've been wanting to watch your previous Katamari work, but just never had the time for it. So, this is a good way to see how crazy a Katamari game can get. I was fixin to set up to record my let's plays, then i saw this and i was like masae's new Lets play is katamari forever? alright, i'll hold off for 35 more minutes! lol. the robochibi was a nice touch. It was one of the most entertaining parts of this first episode next to the antics of roboking. and watching you roll the katamaris

RoboKing’s personality is like the opposite of Real?King’s pompousness. Although if you wanna be technical, it seems like the King is pompous as emotional defense, if you think about his backstory from either We Love or Beautiful... I forgot which.
You don't know how greatful I am to be seeing your Katamari Forever series! Also judge me all you want but I've played the game over... 10 Times. I know all the ins and outs which is questionable. But I hope you enjoy it like i have those 10 times!

Omg, Katamari is one of the most fun, yet strangely addicting games. If you've never gotten to play it, please do give it a go if you have the opportunity! It really is a wild ride

I'm not quite sure of the actual amount of points you need for eternal but it's cumulative of all your rolls. I thought it was 120. But you got over that on the first two rolls.
This is the only game in the series that lacks the King's dialogue in the tutorial. It felt weird when I first played this I was like "Where the big idiot who's always mocking me?"
Gotta say, the RoboKing loos like an improvement over the original so far. Sure, he lacks confidence, but at least he's not blaming the Prince for everything that's happening to him. Too bad he still dumps all the work on Prince. That trait he could do without.
