I love how happy Jonas was while signing the playlist at the end, while Silje was trying to stand aside because it's Katatonia's stage but also how thoughtful of Anders to invite her in.
This breaking vow Rest so near my tongue Anchor on the cloud Shade upon the sun You took my word for it The vanishing of doubt Will unfold my empty space Your time froze over I must lead the way to this conclusion I let you inherit these words I sing to you See how death will bestow seclusion The one you are looking for is hidden from view In my absence now Irrelevant time will pass In nothingness abide See the evening rise And take my word for it Focus is beyond your vision Do you remember when It didn't use to be so dark And everything was possible Still
@@dh1380 to me it is about a breakup/divorce and both people involved don't want to end this way but the good times and why they enjoyed being together is gone and in the past never to return so it is not here in the present. But everybody can interpret the way they want to but to me that is what I feel. That is the beauty of music it can be interpreted the way anyone wants to.
I saw these guys at Wacken 2017 after have listened to them for over 10 years by that point and never got the chance to see them. They played the last night of the festival. I planned to go see other bands afterwards, but it felt like such a perfect end to the festival with how much their music just resonated and how great they sounded live, I just grabbed some cider and sat around a fire for the rest of the evening, it was great. They were all bands I had seen before anyway so I didn't feel like i missed out. It is also criminal how small their Wacken crowd was too. I would love to see them do an acoustic set like this and am sad I didn't know about it, as I'd totally have gone down to London to see it, because Jesus, this is a great set.
I don't really know this band but I know and I can see the talent in the respect, honesty, reticence and restraint. After all, a lot of things that are missing in this world...
It amazed me to see Bruce Soord up there, as it seams an unique constellation of great musicians up there! The politeness and quality of this show is also quite stunning.
wow que hermosa canción me hizo transportarme a eras lejanas a un mundo de fantasía, que preciosas voces, que buena música esta es una de mis favoritas de Katatonia ❤️
