I'm a Japanese who had played baseball in Japan for 9 years, and I just want to tell one thing to people who see this comment and love him. You might think he is funny because his English is not perfect. But also in Japanese, HE IS JUST LIKE THIS lol. He is Munenori Kawasaki at anywhere, in any languages.

As weird as it may sound: yes. Confidence makes you a lot more understandable with whatever limited command of the language you have and it makes you a lot more interesting as an interlocutor, which leads to more conversational practice -> faster progress. Some polyglots out there even recommend pumping yourself up before a conversation in a foreign language to do just that

I think he’s right because potassium helps balance salt levels in muscles and help prevent cramps. I could be wrong though just remembering some stuff from the top of my head

its weird. Since I started eating 1 x per day wtih 95% of my diet being meat, I've improved greatly in my endurance and strength training. I never feel bloated and lethargic now. I feel like my core is light and strong.
