These are some old videos from a few years ago i want to upload. I know i have a few KDX followers. And hopefully this vid can help someone do a fresh top end on their two stroke. Its not so much a tutorial, move of a documentation for myself with some tips thrown in.
The Wiseco Piston is a great thing to do with the Kawasaki KDX 220. As there is many reports of the oem piston failing on these motors. But with the upgrade, have a long lasting reputation. Enjoy and keep moving my friends.

Great videos brah! Attempting my first top on rebuild on my recently acquired 2004 KDX 200 this weekend. This helps me prepare for the whole process, thanks again.

Great job! Thanks to your vids, along with others like the "KDX200 torture test", I picked up a 220 a little over a year ago. It's been a blast to work on and ride. Due to all of the stories of the stock 220 piston failures, that's one of the first things I replaced. I picked up a Cyclepedia manual and it's been a huge help doing maintenance.
