I would add that it is important that the high-pressure oil bypass be orientated in the new filter correctly. Also I would wipe clean the oil filter cavity to remove any metal. And also should change oil with bike level or at least lean it over when oil quits draining to remove all oil.
The oil level needs to be at the top of the sight glass. The motor takes a total of 2.5 liters. Change oil at 5000km to 6000km. Forget what the book says. Again, your motor does not have enough oil.
