This road bike from 1981 ran when I picked it up, just not very good. Seems like anything with a small engine that sits for a while will need some carburetor work. I break this process up into several videos because there are 4 carbs, and it is quite a process.
I mention removing a bolt on the air cleaner box, but it didn't seem to help much with the removal. As with all old parts, be patient and use plenty of penetrating fluid on things that seem resistant to moving.
