compared with the unreliability of the KTMs, this one is a dream machine, don't you think? the claimed top speed is 165 kmph, which is on par with the KTM 390. On top of that you have a bike with no issues and niggles.
Yamaha R25 and Ninja 300 are cross breeds of a super sport and naked with super sport look and street naked riding posture. That is a strategy just to attract people who wants a cheap super sport looking motorcycle. A true motorcyclist goes for a complete super sport or a complete street naked, not a cross breed. We indians are still to evolve in the art of motorcycle riding. Hardly 10% of the population uses a helmet !! let alone commenting on motorcycles !! What a pathetic situation !! Good Review though on this !!
Keshav - do you know anything about motorcycles and riding? Compare apples with apples, not peanuts. Yezdis were blustering 1960s Indian made 2-stroke Jawas. The Kawi is a thoroughbred racer built to Shinto specs and spaceship quality in the Holy Land.
The good news is that Ninja300 is comming with ABS to India this year.. albeit with a higher price tag though.. The other great bit of news is that Yamaha is planning to launch the R25 (36Ps) which is much better than the Z250 at a much lesser price tag too!! So there is no way anybody should be buying this bike until you just cant get away from its naked styling..
Tejas Tasgaonkar Pular, Kawasaki, Duke have horrible after market servicing. Trust me! I got myself Pular 200ns 2013 model and after the 1st servicing the bike is not the same which came from company. It has issues with acceleration and clutch all the time. When one is fixed the other stops functioning properly. Stupid mechanics at service center chopped of all the electric cables to diagnose the issue and the problem was with the light bulb. The handling of Pular 200 ns sucks and the turning radius is long. It sucks, never buying another Bajaj ever or any company which is tied up with Bajaj. Because there's only 1 service center in Navi Mumbai. KTM and Kawaski also don't have a service center available.
Nitin Nitin z250 brother ... benelli's after sales service is shit .. and now benelli bikes are owned by a chinese company .. benelli isn't italian now ..
