that orange ratchet isnt a "3/4" ratchet, that would be bigger than the 1/2 inch breaker bar/torque ratchet. its a 3/8s ratchet

This tire is dorectional and you put it on backwards. Also, no need to take the calipers off. The rotors slide right out. These are key points from me. Finally, to settle the wheel nicely in the forks, before you tighten up the axle 100, drop the bike on the ground off the stand on the rubber, sit on the bike, press both rear and front breaks and rock back and forth with full body weight in the seat, for the wheel and the axle to settle centered. Do this at 80 to 90% tightened. Then, tighten all nuts and bolts 100% and off you go.
