In preparation of the 2 day All-American Kayak Series Classic on Truman lake I went down a day early to check out a few more spots. This was my second time fishing Truman, the first spot did not produce much at all this day. I loaded up after a few hours at the first spot and moved more towards the main lake. I ended up coming across a few areas that had a bit more life.

Your spot at about 4:15 looked like chocolate milk but you were still catching fish out of it. Might be a decent area in better water conditions.

It definitely wasn't as clear as I thought it was going to be but yeah I think there was more fish held up in there than what I found. Probably needed to switch up the baits a bit more to see. The wind was pushing me around in these coves pretty good and this area by far had the worst number of stumps right under the water. It was frustrating to fish and I think I just wanted to move on.
