Its KD and Booker at this point in their careers and its not really that close, and Im a Lakers fan. Kd and Booker can each put up 50 on any given night with ease , scoring from anywhere on the court . Lebron will probably slow down a bit this season and his shooting has been slowly getting worse and worse. AD is great but isn't the type of guy that's instant offence. He's more of a system player If Lebron and AD could shoot the 3 at a decent clip, that would make the difference. But in todays 3 point shot - heavy game, Its KD - Booker at this point and I cant see how one could make the argument otherwise
Defense doesn't exist in your world? LeBron and AD are probably a bit better defensively. Booker and KD are for sure the best offensive duo, but they aren't anything special defensively.

I don't think that puts them over Book - KD at this point. Lebron's D is diminished from even 3 or 4 years ago, that's just the truth . At nearly 39 years old his lateral quickness just isn't the same and that's gonna happen to any athlete. He would be more effective as a strictly post defender IMO at this point. Its a close battle regardless anytime were talking about 4 top-15 players, where one is a GOAT candidate and one is top 10 all time prospect.

@@xander908 I disagree that teams would pick AD over Booker. Booker is a lot more consistent than AD. AD will have some great nights and the next day be absolutely horrendous. And that doesn't even take account that AD is a lot more likely to be injured. I will say AD's A+ game is better than Booker's.

AD scores 2 less PPG and is miles better than Booker on defense. Hard to compare a guard vs a big. But a big man being a A+ defender while scoring 25+ per game is much more valuable than a guard who gets buckets and ‘tries’ on defense

To be fair to harden, morey told him he would trade him to the clippers if he opted in, which was the only way cap wise he could go there for the amount of money left on the final year of the deal. Kawhi doesn't look like he's skipping injury prevention at all. The first round games he played healthy, looked like he was going to be the best player in the playoffs. Versus one of the title-favorite Suns. PG-13 didnt' play one game in the playoffs this season. And, Westbrook played his best basketball since he left WAS in -21. Plus, Norman Powell played well.

Booker > AD, KD > Lebron, cmon man when it comes to stars 2/3 of it is offense and Booker is far more valuable on that end and has led a team to a Finals, KD and Lebron are close but KD is the better scorer and defender right now and Lebron's IQ/playmaking aren't as valuable with him playing off the ball a lot more right now. Booker and KD through sheer force took two games off Denver and the Lakers couldn't win a game with I'd argue great depth
They are not the best duo it's Giannis and Dame. Dame obviously is top 75 and galaxies ahead of Murray only a championship separates them. Austin Reaves is a better defender than Bradley Beal, but not by a huge margin. Reaves tries a lot more on defense and is better at coordinating on team defense. Beal doesn't really try that much on defense and he has never shown that he is a good team defender. He ball watches too much and doesn't fix those mistakes. Reaves is very willing to listen to criticisms/suggestions even in the middle of a game. Might be because he accepts being a high-value role player rather than trying to be a star but still.
He already plays better defense than Reaves, Beal doesnt get exposed like we saw happen to Reaves. Athleticism matters in the NBA when it comes to defense. @@-13eNnY-

I agree with the Beal take. I think Reeves knows his role and puts a lot of effort on the defensive end. Beal just feels like a give me the ball and I’ll get a bucket but they already have two of those guys who are clearly better than him at doing that with better d and off ball skills.
Reaves gets cooked on defense and when u have to be your entire offense it cooks you legs Beal is better then reaves at everything and Beal has played this role. He did it with wall and Westbrook

@@ProfessorTU That's not what the advanced stats say. Reaves was one of the best team defenders in the league last year. Look it up. His on-ball defense could be better, but he puts effort into every play. Now, I am not saying he's better than Beal, but all indicators point to Reaves being way better than people thought. He was the third-best player performance-wise on Team USA this summer. He's got a complete game. Not necessarily All-Star caliber, but someone who is definitely the 3rd or 4th option on a contender. He has the all-aroundness you need from a guy in that role.
