One of the best editions of KDAM ever. Many good songs. Liora was the right winner - and I am glad my country (the UK) gave it 12, and it's a very strong and powerful ballad. Did she have much of a career after ESC? I like Dana International's song, but "Diva" was better. It'd be interesting how ESC would have took to her in 1995 with 100% jury. She might have done very badly. Yulia's song is better than her effort in 1993 with that cheesy group - very 1990s. The girl band Bnot Ya'akov had a very 1990s song but their harmonies were poor. A good bit of Israeli pop. Haya Samir had a wonderful ethno-pop song and more suited to ESC in that era. Eli Luzon had a great ballad but let down with a cheesy performance sadly. Tali Koren's song was very of it's time but not for ESC. Shalva Berti..."Mayim" it ain't despite her wonderful voice. Lea Laputin and Ofer Levi had a nice song, but Lea bless her never got the chance to go solo. A shame as she is a singer who has the vocals, songs, presence and looks. Si Heiman had a nice rock song but nothing more. That "Kesef" song was weird as fuck mind. The only songs I didn't like were Ya'akov Nave and Avi Eylot despite the fantastic backings on the latter.
