It's back, and I fixed the audio sync issue.
This is the KDLT-TV Sign Off from sometime in 1993. Preceding the signoff is a PSA about Speeding, another PSA for the Marines, a KDLT Today Show promo, and a station ID.
That blinking green ball on top of the building at 1:52 is one of the old KELO-AM radio Weather Balls. The one shown in the video is at the top of the First National Bank building in downtown Sioux Falls. You can find out more about the Weather Balls here:

1993 . . . the Norwest logo, when our railroad was Burlington Northern still, St. Joseph's Cathedral where my uncle got ordained (I think that year), I miss that year so much . . .

There's fireworks and Mount Rushmore here - but not a shot with them together, like they do every year around July 4. That would be a stirring ending to the anthem, like the "O Canada" signoff with fireworks on Parliament Hill.

I remember this PSA 0:00-0:28 and I was not born in the 1990s, I wonder it a HQ version of this PSA is on RU-vid. Because the First Two seconds of this PSA is missing
