People always talk about Keanu's apoliticalness, his humility, and cinematic brilliance - but lets remember that Carrie-Anne Moss has never had a negative public moment (from my understanding) and is clearly as humble as Keanu. It must be the Canadian in both of them. (Not to rain on the Keanu fandom parade, I think he's amazing).

@@Menga213 He almost did. Carrie-Anne met her future husband a week before meeting Keanu for first time. She ended up marrying him on March 1999 and four years later, they welcomed their first kid with two more following in 2006 and 2009. If only she had met Keanu a week earlier, they would have been a couple to this date.

He's aged very well, but he has definitely aged lol. Especially when you see him without the beard, like in the new Bill and Ted movie, it's very clear he's not as young as he used to be. But still looks pretty damn good.

the time passing is what scares me. I was about 23 in 1999. life seemed to stretch out in front of me til infinity. anything was possible, just like the Matrix. Lol, well now Im def in middle age - married, kids, awful career that never went anywhere. typical boring middle age life. Just thinking about the original Matrix is pure time travel for me - maybe it really was all a dream world.

Thanks for this interview. Such an amazing duo ! They are so humble. Keanu’ s right, a 996 Ducati is not the easiest bike in the world, let alone with a passenger. No helmets… I always wondered how they did the burn-out tight turn ? Anyway, they are one of the most iconic duo in history of cinema and the hype is real for Ressurections ! What's iconic about The Matrix is that the premise is that you can do things that you or no human can do in the real world: once the characters know where they are, they can defy the laws of gravity, speed, upload skill sets nd basically be a superhero with all the courage anyone could ever need (and the cool outfits). The problem with most action movies now (the Fast & Furious franchise) is that the premise is that the Matrix is the real world, its fun to watch but insulting to viewers.

Keanu Reeves & Carrie-Anne Moss not only am I greatful that you both came back to the 4th installment to such an ineffable project that the Wachowski's introduced since the very inception of the concept of The Matrix but your choice to do and take on this role means more to fans of this work like myself then can ever be put into human words of understanding, joy, excitement and gratitude. You both could have said no to this role and the matrix movie metavers would have changed forever, but as the trailer states to NEO, you choose the yes pill, to go back to where it all begin, super excited and looking forward to go back once again. To me you both are international cinematic and theater treasures whos talent and gift will be preserved in human history and in the very fabric of time and space for Eons so that others can enjoy it as much as I have. ❤
