since the issue of proof is brought up a lot, i'm gonna just provide some information which probably won't help anyone lol- if you are sexually assaulted and you don't want to go to the police for whatever reason, go to a hospital or health facility and get a rape kit test done. you do not have to give the rape kit results to the police, but the results should be stored for a while. and, don't take my word for it, but i'm pretty sure the test is free. anyway, these tests provide dna evidence, but that's really just it for the most part. sure, it would still be your word against theirs, but your word would be backed up by dna evidence. honestly, if the situation the girls described was actually true (which i doubt), that's the route that should have been taken.

He didnt really break down tho However I hated the dramaalert. He was very unfair and didnt take it well at all. The guys had a video. For example why wasnt the police called first? This is something that the boys and youtubers who talked about this situation questioned However there is proof that something sexual indeed happened. However the girls claims that both guys were in the room and both were attempting to undress her and do other awkward things. This concludes that one way or another someone was trying to be sexual that night and considering the proof against them I'd say it was the female who was pushing for sex which she didnt get ((I believe this may be a reason why she made this story up but it's only theory A)) She was also laughing in the video ((I truely hope nothing like this actualy happens to her because itll turn into somthing like the boy who cried wolf)) and that's truely disrespectful and disgustin and downright insulting to any sexual assault victims and victims who are taken advantage of while drunk.
