Tomato juice also works wonders. We can tomato juice from the tomatoes we want to make into paste. No waste is our motto. My husband drinks it often and it's like having a younger version of him. Researched tomato juice and it has so many health benefits for men. Especially the prostate. Throw down the blue pill and pick up the tomato juice fella's. 😂😂😂
@@KGrahamIAm i don't recommend any brand. Most store bought tomato juice has preservatives and other additives. I suggest people buy organic tomatoes or grow their own, cook them and squeeze the juice out of them. Refrigerate while you drink it or can the juice. I don't trust store bought products anymore.
@@ChrisJ85 not crazy, we all need to learn. I would cook the tomatoes down, run them through a blender then squeeze juice out with cheese cloth, then you have tomato juiceand tomato paste. If you want to put tomatoes in a meal of some sort, you can skip the blender, and put straight into a cheese cloth and squeeze the juice out. Before cooking you can try to scrape out some of the seeds if you don't want the seeds. I only scrap them out when i make tomato paste, otherwise i leave them in. Cooked tomatoes are actually the best way to eat tomatoes because the heat releases all the good nutrients from them. A lot of YT channel's will show you how to get tomato juice from tomatoes. 😍👍😁
Just watched a recent video from Dr. Micheal Greger where he reviewed 32 randomized controlled trials involving 5,666 men which showed that saw palmetto was " totally useless". I'll stick with his information.
I’ve been taking this with pygeum, pumpkin seed oil and quwrcetin. I went from a pain 8 level at emergency room to taking no anti inflammatory today no back pain finally and it’s going back to my normal I can be. I have a recipe I used 8 years ago and it’s working again after 4 doctor trips and a specialist.
Thanks doc. I just got that same brand and it says take 2 twice a day so is that 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening? Im confused please help. God bless!
With respect, he never sells anything, nor, to my knowledge, does he ever profit from what he promotes. And a lot of the things he promotes are not products at all but specific exercises and body pressure points. He holds up a specific herb, fruit, vegetable, or supplement to the camera as a general demonstration of what he is saying, but never does he endorse a specific brand. Never. I respectfully challenge you to search his postings to see for yourself. In a world where almost everyone is trying to sell something, he doesn't.
