I fall asleep within minutes, as I put my head on the pillow because I never wish bad for others. I forgive those people too who try to offend me with their actions. I never get angry because I know if somebody is reacting that way, could be any personal reason and my barrier of happiness is too high to jump across to show any unhappiness. I have a contented and happy family life. And these beautiful values were indoctrinated since my childhood due to following Islamic guidelines. Religions have been helping humanity through Divine Guidelines. No offense to my non-Muslim friends, I am following a Ph.D. guide. I see there is no commandment in other Religions about drinking which has brought havoc in the family system. My friend in Pawcatuck, CT told me that her girlfriend does not look for other guys only when she is drunk. You can get true happiness and the best results by following the right path. Following a bad path, good results can not be achieved. Peace!!

This popped up on my IG on someone’s story, and did it hit home. After the night I’ve had and the conversations I’ve had and my emotional reaction to those…now I will face the aftermath tomorrow. Good episode to listen to. I hope I can remain calm after what has transpired tonight.
