Thumbnail made me think this speaker would be small; when the video started and you’re practically eclipsed by the boxes I was like ‘WHOA nvm’ 😅 These look incredible
I got 5 of them today and they are AWESOME. I auditioned the R11 Meta for 2 hours yesterday and the R6 with 2 Arendal subs is far superior! The R meta sound noticeably better than the non meta (I previously had R11, R2C, R3). My previous setup after MQX sounded really good and these meta out of the box with NO correction sound as good and in some ways better and I haven't even run MQX yet. Gonna let them run in for a few days then run MQX and Dirac on my Denon A1H and interested to see or rather hear the results. Very happy with my purchase so far. These are the best speakera for multi-channel in the R series. But you WILL need subs to get the best out of them. The grill reduces the sound quality only use them if you have to. Owners of non meta have measured and shown the effect on many of the forums

Ive been considering this setup myself, so waiting for it. Can you do a density knock test? Knock on it like you would a watermelon, to see how dense and inert the cabinet is. My ls50 meta is inert as a piece of rock. I want to understand if these are just as braced. Also, can you test with the typical toe-in ON AXIS orientation, and then toe-out towards the rear wall of the room?
The cabinet is dense probably very similar to your ls50 (I don’t have one here to compare knock resonance 😁). I haven’t tested on and off axis performance yet but I’ll talk about it in the full review.
I've Been Fighting With Myself, On Sticking With Klipsch ( Probably Will Upgrade To The Klipsch RF-7lll And The Klipsch RC-64lll Ect.Ect?) Cause I Already Have Some Klipsch (8060FA And 504C Ect.Ect ) Speakers! But I Keep Seeing And Hearing About The Arendal 1723 S Speakers And These BEAUTIFUL SPEAKERS IN KEF, THE ONE'S YOUR SHOWING NOW, ALONG WITH R11 META SPEAKERS??? Don't Know Which Way To Go This 1, PLEASE REPLY... THANK YOU! ( It's Hard To Get Pass The Power 🔋 Wattage And SENSITIVITY Of The Klipsch Speakers I'm Looking @ Aswell! What are you talking about? The man has a fabulous voice…dulcet tone, superb enunciation at just the right volume. Suggest you check the levels on your device and perhaps your hearing too.
I have the R2C and its an amazing speaker - was on special as the Meta came out so jumped on it. Would love a whole bed layer of the same - thankfully Kef speakers are all timbre matched as also not made of money! The cabinetry on the R series is another level compared to the Qs functional boxes. Will likely slowly upgrade my Qs to Rs over the years - i have white ones for aesthetics (i.e. waf).
