This actually works. I have stopped getting morning woods for god knows how long and after started doing these exercises regularly i have started getting a morning woods after every few days.
One method you didn't mention is stopping and starting urination to know you are isolating the right muscle. After mastering it, then perform it during ejaculation to get the benefits mentioned in the video.
@@insaniquarium92 - I did relisten and he did mention "thinking" about stopping urination along with other things to think about. But his focus was primarily on making the penis jump. Without an erection, it is tough to know if you are isolating the muscle to do that. That's why I think the stopping & starting urination is probably the most effective in knowing you are isolating the right muscle.
Don't have a source right now but I heard several times that you definitely shouldnt do this while peeing because starting and stopping the urination on a regular is bad for you
@@drigobeats6036 - I've heard several times that social media is bad for you. But here we are. Moral of the story is, you can find someone, somewhere, that will say anything is bad for you.
I love this channel. There, I said it... Straight to the point information. I wonder if Dean has a book about yoga or he should really do one because he is amazing at it. About the pelvic floor kegal exercise instructions, it would be cool if there was a 3D visual of the human anatomy showing you how it would look like when you are doing these exercises. The instructions were nearly clear and that played in my head as I was watching. Thank you Dean and Dr. Lance in your pants 👖😂
Just really great advice for guys- Thanks for addressing these issues for men-you never see this kind of help for men in general anywhere- I know that men in my sphere are starting to talk more to each other about man problems because your videos are bringing this to the surface Txs again guys
@@krisp.1593Very informative stuff that men need to know about, but would rather just put a band-aid on it such as taking a pill from the doctor to correct the problem where its much deeper than that. All this time I thought kegal exercises were only designed for women or pregnant women lol. But never for men.
Can u explain how to that bc my English is not so good what I understand take deep breath than squeeze the penis like avoiding to irritate and squeeze butth*ole then breathe out and stop squeezing? I’m right and I should practice this technique when I’m hard
For all of those who still dont know what muscles to engage. It's just as easy as keeping you from farting or pooping... picture yourself trying to hold it when you cant hold it any longer... Those are the muscles. ;)

I have been doing these exercises for 3 days and today i just kinda put it into test i haven't had such strong blast before it was blasted like a volcano
@@ManFlowYoga Kegel exercise made me confident, energetic and performer. Improvement began after at One week of reps, two times a day. Beauty of this exercise is this you can do it while sitting in office chair too. I also recommended to one of my friend few days back, now he gave me positive feedback also... Main things to success and best results are 1. Focus 2. Regular Exercise daily, even on weekend or Off days. 3. Don't intercourse unless you feel internal improvement and pelvic floor muscle strength, it take One to Two weeks. 4. Eat healthy n Non Oily meals. 5. Avoid Suger rush in life, prefer protein. 6. Be sincere to all.

Got me confused, in the other video he talked about premature ejaculation being a symptom of an overactive pelvic floor, and the need to relax it instead of contract it. He also talked about kegels potentially making it worse. What's the verdict then?
@@ManFlowYoga Thanks for replying, but I'm still confused. Tried going through the whole thing with that "assessment" video and by now, I'm not sure if I should be doing contractions or stretches. What am I missing here?
I knew about this exercise 15 years ago and I practiced it for ,5 years daily and whenever I feel like. It really works though I didn't have any problem even though. But I could last longer during sex
@@mohanadmejbri3187 Yes friend just sit wherever you want , even chair is ok, contract i.e. pull in that space between your balls and the anus , it can also be pulling up your penis without touching. When you pull up hold for 3 seconds and let go. I started with 20 times at a time, then went on for more. It took around 5 to 6 months with thorough exercises to reach the benefit. It depends on each individual, some may achieve faster. Don't give up even after you got it right. Keep that part strong. I had advised a friend who had pre mature ejaculation, he did well. With all this keep your mind easy , because it's all in the mind. Good luck.
Dont know if the terms are switched on purpose or I'm wrong but the guy giving indications says inhale (taking air in) to relax the pelvic floor and exhale (let air out) to tense the pelvic floor. Thats just really confusing. Did the terms get switched accidentally or is that how one's supposed to perform these exercises???
If you guys did this in 1 take without laughing props to you. I undeedtand this is serious and if you guys laughed in this video i peobably would of lost it.
What if you last too long? My issue is my partner gets to the finish line quickly, often within 5 minutes and it takes me a half hour to an hour. Sometimes it can be a few hours. I know my partner wishes I could get to the end faster and I sometimes wonder if kegals could help this issue?
@@ManFlowYoga Thank you, do you happen to have a link? I couldn't find that video or segment on your channel. I'm finding that just regularly performing kegal exercises is helping me with this issues. I'd still be curious if you have that link. Thanks.
There is some doctor said Breath in slowly and squezze as long as posible 5-10 seconds And Breath out and rellease and relax And you the opposite Breath in relax Breath out squezze Which one the right?
Thanks for the info, I tried what I told you about and it was mind blowing to see her writhing with pleasure and ready for anything. It started when I learned to last at least 30 minutes go’ogling the latest in Greyzar Drinbo's PE Solution and now she just can't have enough
I can understand why you might say that, but you're not correct. Regulating your nervous system - which happens by breathing - is probably the best way to be able to slow things down and last longer in bed. Try it out ;-)
