I wish I wasn’t so comfortable with the Rider Waite system because I am so drawn to this artwork but am worried I wouldn’t know what to do with this deck once it arrived. I feel like I could quite possibly read this deck in a strictly intuitive way, but I’ll have to check on the cost just Incase! Thank you so much for your flip through and initial thoughts. I also have this deck. I really love it. My guidebook is a bit different, but I was one of the first people who ordered it on Etsy.

A couple of things are on my mind after watching this review: First of all, omg how I have never seen this deck before. I didn't have any desire to buy an abstract deck for a long time but this one is very interesting. This deck has two great advantages: card stock is thin and there is no high shipping cost to Europe. It was actually a very thoughtful and clever thing to print it on this card stock. Finally an indie creator that thought of usability or at least I hope they did, doesn't happen very often these days. If you make larger cards then you need thin flexible card stock. What do I care if I can see the art work better if I can't use the deck at all. On a little side note, when you start talking about the card stock in terms of "paper thin" that leaves immediately the impression it might be very well a bad card stock, and that's not necessarily true as you probably know. In cases like this it is maybe more sensible to start with the good usability (size to card stock ratio). It's very good that you mentioned it but I think it is kind of thrown back when you start with a paper thin. I hope I'm explaining my point well enough. The last thing I I wanted to mention is that in the 4ofP the vulcano seems to be blowing only steam, the lava is retained within. Thank you for showing the deck, I just ordered it - not only because of the art work but because I know I'll be able to use it. 😉

I would like to see you do a reading using this deck and how long you go before you modify it!! I am not convinced that I need this in my life as I have way too many decks... the Japaridze is quite abstract and a few other decks also have the same kind of vibe.

This is a nice deck. Love Hermit and the four of pentacles. Does the book explain the number 447? I agree with you about the handmade LWB, looks nice and I like the descriptions the creator used.
