This is what I don't understand. Tories are making all the decisions so they should be challenged. Labour are not elected in so why do they need to be questioned.

Because the whip wasn't removed from her by the party, it was removed because she is "taking a break" from the house of Lords, which means the whip is automatically removed. If she hadn't have taken the break she would still have the whip and carry on as normal collecting her daily allowance and expenses.

This man, I use that word loosely spends more money on heating his swimming than millions earn in a year. He expects those same people to work a miracle keeping a roof over their heads, feeding and providing for their families, he’s a disgrace to humanity giving those struggling taxpayers money to one of his crony millionaires.

I'm just fed up with the weak speaker these days. The speaker should be forcing the PM to answer the question. Boris has demonstrated that all you need to do is avoid the question and attack the opposition.

If I was in charge the PM and MPs would all be required by law to answer questions directly and honestly, subject to jail time if they are caught lying. It's the only way the public can actually get answers from them. Might have a less corrupt government if MPs faced jail for lying.

Starmer is weak on that front. Needs to demand an answer to the question asked.

Totally agree...look how many lives have been lost so that people could get to their destination just a few minutes earlier. They put breakdown areas on these smart motorways but cars don't breakdown to order. Cars breakdown anywhere and if there is no breakdown lay-by you have had it. Its takes ages for the cameras to spot it then put up signs to close one lane....to late when 2 car smash into the rear of your car. Utterly pathetic idea. Someone made a lot of money!
