Would been epic. Keith vs Dan was always epic. Know what else would have been epic? Victoria (Brooke's mother) vs Karen (Lucas/Lily's' mother). Just some things I feel should have happened. That's all tho

It’s more than a rivalry

I read recently that this was done because the actor who played Keith had some issues with Mark, so the creator chose to kill him off. That's right Mark literally killed Keith, not Dan. At the same time Keith being killed by his brother mirrors how Lucas and Nathan's relationship as brothers could've been had they not made up their differences.

Slightly taller sure but idk about bigger. Keith's by no means a wiry little guy I'd say they're about the same going toe to toe.

Dan was my favorite along with Nathan, Peyton, and Mia.
