It’s interesting to see more animes challenging the people with the “hero” titles nowadays. Though this group feels better than most of the other ones that get dunked on.
Exactly how I felt. Usually, the “heroes” in this situation are selfish punks in it only for the glory. While the redhead is clearly parodying old school shonen heroes, I found his genuine heart and naivety refreshing, and I genuinely want to see him again and to rival if not surpass Kelvin. After all, he’s the one to kill the dark lord when he rises again.
@@Savagewolver They been in world for entire year and they barely passed level 50 So its pretty much high level player massacring low levels party, lol XD
Kelvin didn't deny their power of friendship. He just told them that their teamwork sucks, he was even kind enough to teach them how to use their powers outside the box and tips on how to work effectively as a team.
This hero group was one of the few I don’t dislike. The hero is genuinely a good guy and is willing to learn from his mistakes. With some guidance from Kevin, the hero could become a great person and the same goes to the group
That's the main reason Kelvin set this fight up in the first place. While he certainly wanted to test himself against them all at once due to his "Battle Maniac" tendencies, he also wanted to show them where their weak points lie the "hard way" so make it abundantly clear where their skills/tactics are lacking. Kelvin has a better understanding of that sort of thing due to the fact that he's a "min-maxer", and so he set up this fight as a way to show the quartet of Heroes that they still have a lot of room for improvement, and that they need to take every chance they can get to improve if they want to actually defeat the current demon lord when the time comes.
2:26 I love this guy's vibe! 😂 Hero party doing a whole speech of "teamwork" and such, while he just chilling there, waiting for them to be done already!
I wonder how many of the people hating on the heroes would do the exact same thing if they were in their shoes? Sometimes, people just hate those that remind them of themselves.
so practically all of the anime of Shield Hero? where somehow everyone is an idiot? edit: Minus the shield hero and his party.......well until season 2 and them turning into childlike beings. minus the shield hero.
@@AlejandroRodriguez-cy8ee dude I was so pissed they just used the turtle shild twice. That was such a let down. The best part of season 2 was the zombie dragons anger making naofumi spit some facts about miss waaah
Yeah let's just get distracted mid fight against someone who is 1 vs 4ing you with ease. All while his party is having a picnic watching your party flail around.
@@JosephStewart1003 yeah but when you consider the fact that if the enemy isn't past Lv 70 he loses interest, it's obvious they would lose regardless. I remember later in the manga when he met the demon lord whose non awakened state is only Lv 40, he got pissed. After he awakened to Lv 132 (or something like that), Kelvin's geek boner was intense.
Is it me or are "heroes" these days just punching bags? Ahhh, I miss the good old times when the "hero" title actually mattered. Like, Reinhardt (probably wrong spelling) from Re:Zero. Where the dude is actually a hero. He's a character that gives the message to the MC that "you can't surpass me" without being a jerk. He has the power and personality to back it up. Or that other character from that one novel I've read, where a guy is called a hero. And he actually acts like one. The guy is always the one that stands up first even in defeat (stands up way faster than the MC). The guy has no cheats or broken hacks (cause he ain't the MC), but is still able to rival the MC (even until the end, where the MC becomes OP). He maybe not the won to win the fight but he sure is the one that inspires everyone (even the MC) to continue fighting.
Well as long as they make season 2 of the assassin aristocrat anime, you'll see just that. Epona's title of hero is no joke, but yeah, I agree. 9 times out of 10, the 'hero' is almost always diluted delusional jokes that make you (the viewer) want to strangle them. Looking at you spider anime hero brothers. "I'm saving the world!"........ Remind me again, what's the strongest monster you killed to only get one shooted by the real hero.
Yeah ever since rising of the shield hero, I have been noticing a lot more how those who have the “hero” title or either weak and useless or just assh*les
@@anirule6833 usually even in manga, the hero isn't even the strongest beings. Rather it's like the representative of God that is like an unstoppable force of nature. After all, recall the angel in arifureta (nointe if I recall her correctly), she's an apostle of God, and hajime barely could win against her.
honestly i wanted this to last a lot more in the manga. Just a guy with common sense and experience in reality to just beat and teach some sense into a naive group of individuals SURE WISH A CERTAIN ANIME THAT HAS A WAIFU DRAGON AND A WAIFU SPIDER AND A GUY THAT USES A BOW WITH ELEMENTAL POWERS, COULD LEARN FROM THIS INSTEAD OF FORGIVING EVERYTHING LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED LITERALLY THE NEXT EPISODE. AFTER A BAND OF HUMANS PRACTICALLY HARMED, INJURED AND KILLED ALMOST EVEYRONE IN HIS OWN MINI REALM KINGDOM BUT THEN DECIDED TO CONTINUE BUSINESS AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED WITH THE HUMANS.
I mean it wasnt all humans my guy. Like most of the folks makoto has met were good folks like the guild folks and umm what's him name. Lime latte was even a good dude just confused. He dosent really have a reason to hate the whole of hyumans. Besides that hes a merchant. Hes gotta still have customers
@@zachrohler1047 yes but he literally repeats the same mistake and has other humans join him. Heck this experience hasn't taught him anything. Because he literally just goes to trust other humans with ulterior motives......AGAIN
@@AlejandroRodriguez-cy8ee what? Which humans are you referring to? The illusory city has been redesigned, along with the weapon disposal system. Shiki is completely under mikotos control, the shop dudes are indebted to mikoto for saving his wife and kids, latte is working for tomoe because tomoe said she'd protect the orphanage. Like the humans he knows are all chill. The chick and her party are dead, so they only real threats are from the goddess and her folks right? Or are you referring to a part in the manga or ln? I haven't read those
If you don't want to be intrupted by ads about every 2 minutes try anisuge it does have ads but it's basically just boxes randomly placed on the website did have pop up ads at some point but seems to no longer have them
Screw the Hero Party in every anime. Hero parties always act all High and Mighty, trying to be the hero, for the money, the fame, the joy think they’re the strong and don’t care about the weak. Screw the hero party in every anime
Atleast with this one there atleast trying to think and be better over fame and money there's a few out there but there all good animes so they only get 12 episodes at most and then get canceled for no reason while all the bad animes get contuined i think in total I've only seen about 3 good animes with more then 12 eps and it's so annoying to cause there hero's and what not aren't damn muscle headed idiots
This was a good anime wish it had more eps then it does idc what yall think compared to most of the shit others say is good this even if its not all that great for a few things is much better for those that say poorly animated i know for a fact you say something with a basically single frame for 90% of attacks is a good anime but its not and those that say this has harem shet yeah go take a good look at some of the animes you say is good cause they also have harem bs thats worse most of these "bad" animes to yall are better then 90% of the stuff yall say is good reason not to much harem stuff no garbo fight scenes that take 1 second and dont even really show attacks flying hell even the heros in these so called bad animes arent muscle headed idiots alot of the time and actually try to improve themselves to others and in battles even the entire anime story line is better cause they atleast try to explain how things work unlike alot of the so called good animes so if ya call em bad just rember alot of the shet you called good is so much worse in so many ways that it makes some of the logic in i shall survive using potions look good
Followed by, "Get good ya noobs. Y'all have been here for a year as a party while I handled fine relatively on my own for only a few months, and I still out level you."
Why are so many modern anime protagonists jerks and get hailed for it? One or two such animes are fun if they are well made but most of this trash seems just absolutely cynic to the point where watching it is more of a chore then entertainment.
I never knew Black Summoner had an anime. NGL, this fight scene looks a bit disappointing compared to the anime. Most of the characters aren't as expressive as the manga. Kelvin doesn't have his signature grin (readers of the manga know what I'm talking about) that makes him look sinister AF.
@@Evangelion543 that's literally not what protagonist mean. Protagonist is the main character that we follow, while the antagonist stands against the protagonist. Eren is a protagonist seeks to secure Paradis freedom by destroying everyone else. By this sense, he is an "evil" protagonist but not an antagonist.
@@PotahtoSmaug People just used to call Protagonist as good guys and Antagonists as bad guys, even tho there is lot of fiction where its really other way around most of time
Damn straight. Just another lame excuse for fanservice. Cus of course “everyone loves fanservice” right? I swear, This crap has become more stale than day old toast.
