Ken's final show on BBC Radio 2 after 31 continuous years on the weekday mid-morning show. As broadcast, with edits for the music, on Friday 3 March 2023. On 3 April 2023 Ken starts a new show on Greatest Hits Radio.
Ken didn't take it when the BBC tried to mess him about....but he DID take his audience with him to Greatest Hits Radio!! The people always have the final say as an audience. The term "household name" really does apply to Ken. He is the most professional broadcaster that I have ever listened to.
