Kendrick has aged like Tom Brady. Dude is gonna be better looking at 40 than he was at 25. That's what happens when you use your wealth to improve your lifestyle instead of partying for 20 straight years.
@@traplover6357 except there's been absolutely zero credible pieces of evidence against Kendrick, whereas Drake has a whole VIDEO of him kissing on a 17 year old.
@@traplover6357 she not silent she was at the concert having a good time her brother came out in support and she was having a ball in the music video stop acting like Drake who was basically calling her a hoe was doing any saving # keep Drake the 38 year old away from the teenagers 💀
Kendrick wasn’t joking around when he called Drake a p3do. But I think he knew after the audience’s response to meet the grahams that most people can’t handle the truth so he made a lighter song about it, but was still trying to tell people the same thing. But it’s a hard pill to swallow so most people would rather laugh at the allegations than actually have to acknowledge the evidence and take it seriously. Who wants to believe that about their favorite artist? Truth is stranger than fiction. We all saw him kiss and grope a 17 yr old on stage and moved right past it. When a 17 yr old tried to come on stage with lil Wayne back in the day, he said “nope” and sent her right back down. Something is seriously wrong with Drake.
I think it’s even more insidious than that. A lot of people normalize rape culture in general and don’t take SA or the violation of a minor seriously because they are also looking at young girls in a sketchy way. If they were wealthy and famous, they would probably do all the same things that Drake does. That’s the larger problem. Drake’s behavior is a symptom of a larger cultural cancer that has spread throughout society beyond the hills of Hollywood.
Some of that, and just some general apathy. Say drake is legit grooming teenagers or sleeping with minors. Wtf am i, just a nobody in a sea of nobodies, supposed to do or say about that? I cant listen to his music less than the zero i already did before this shit started
Drake didn't go into his 30s healing stage. He just kept going without taking a break. Reminds me a lil of Kanye after his mother died. We were like "Dude, disappear, heal, mature and come back with a different message." He didn't go through his Mr. Morale stage ironically 😂
Meanwhile as you mentioned, Kendrick took a step back from everything, and addressed serious issues internally before returning healed. It's like he took notes on how everyone else's downfall and did everything possible to better himself and avoid those outcomes.
It feels like Kendrick is making sure society as a whole stops rocking with drake entirely😂..to the point where anything drake does just looks extra extra corny
when you put a diss in a catchy song/verse people will not forget that shit, bro cant take a picture with a hot chick and not think about "you look like a bad bitch"
Not like us already outstreamed Back to Back on Spotify by 4 Million streams. Not Like Us already has 5x as many plays as Back to Back on RU-vid Music. Let that sink in
@@Abdullah-vg1ucthis is the funniest take I hear 😂 imagine your only defence as a Drake fan being “Kendrick’s only getting global recognition because he beat the ever living piss out of Drake 😭😭😭😭” and thinking that’s a flex lmaaao Drake fans deteriorated to trying to flex drake’s loss
It's simple. So simple, we can use a Drake lyric to sum it up: "The part I love most is/they need me more than they hate me/So they never take shots/I got everybody on safety" (5am in toronto) That's Drake's attitude about the people he works with, the people in the industry - other artists, writers, ghostwriters, producers, even his own proteges. Predation, self-interest, using clout and money to strongarm others. So many people wouldn't have come together so publicly to celebrate his demise if he weren't moving grimy within that space. So many industry people have stories about bad experiences with Drake, it's a pattern. And that's without even getting into the weirdness with women and especially young girls. This was inevitable.
I think his face is literally just sagging from the ozempic but its still funny to say its all because of Kendrick because Drake fans will always be there to meatride.
“Yeah, fuck all that pushin' P, let me see you push a T You better off spinnin' again on him, you think about pushin' me He's Terrance Thornton, I'm Terrance Crawford, yeah, I'm whoppin' feet.” So many warnings. If only Drake would’ve humbled himself.
Drake had a victim come out and say even though she was underaged when they were videod doing inappropriate stuff on stage it was alright. Like that doesn't help the case at all lol
@@Abdullah-vg1ucit’s still wrong abuse victims will defend the person putting hands on them to avoid other issues she’s doing the same. Stop crying your daddy got caught being a groomer. Get over it cuz he’s not that important for your life
when you ask about the globally speaking repercussion, I'm gonna give my 2 cnts as a germany-based spanish: unless you are a Drake fan (you know what demographic, male incel type), you won't really appreciate his music anyways and find him cringy, even before the beef. But of course that is not a small demographic.
Every time I start feeling a little bad for Drake I go back to his, “nah nah nah ***** you following thru” and “drop, drop, drop” he asked for this where is that chest thumping now? IJS
the clip comparing dot in NLU and the tiktok with drake is not about the lil girl but the hand gestures kendrick makes to mock the one drake is making in the vrial tiktok trend. if it's not a reach it just means dot has been watching drake really closely which is what is funny
It literally feels like Drake made a deal with the Devil, & now it’s time to pay up. Going from a $500 mil net worth, dozens of platinum hits, a privet 767, & all the women you could ever want, then culturally having so much of your aura be stripped away in the span of 1 week… Has such a massive fall from grace ever even happened before??
@@Abdullah-vg1uc I’m talking ab his public image homie… all of planet Earth will look at u sideways now if you bump Drake. I didn’t say anything ab his music being bad. You do know that the average person believes Drake objectively lost the beef right? Like horribly lost…?
@@Abdullah-vg1uclmao this is the third time I’ve found you trying to defend the pedo. Dude this is glazing to the max degree. Please stop embarrassing yourself 😂
There are many things wrong with Drake being at that White Party. If you saw the horror coming from Kai's face the moment Adin tried inviting him days ago, that should tell you everything you need to know
@@Y29314 the sports athletes is understandable seeing how Michael Rubin owns Fanatics. He also is tied to Meek Mill alongside Reform Alliance. You got Diddy calling Meek daddy and Michael Rubin having Meek Bunny hopping like some humiliation ritual.
Ovhoes saying that the victim addressing the video means it was okay is literally them saying that minors can consent, it’s actually scary to think that those people actually believe that
Drakes "victims" saying he didn't do anything to them isn't even a solid defense because at the end of the day why is he in direct contact with so many underage women to begin with. He will never escape being a weirdo at the VERY least.
Kendrick isn't making it that way, it is true about how Drake has been moving and its just someone saying it for once. A lot of people felt this way for a long time.
Trying to make excuses for bad lighting when he’s taking the picture WITH someone who doesn’t look as haggard completely dismantles your argument.🤣🤣🤣 Goofy!
i really dont think people (celebs) will look at drake weird to the extent of not working w him after this tbh, unless hes prosecuted or something. i mean camilla cabello was posing w him at that all white party like they besties n thats crazyyy to me, regardless of the collab thats dtm😭😭
@@otm1016 yea true but im just talking generally, these diss tracks went beyond the culture and a large part of drakes audience isnt apart of it but some defo see him different now. celebs tho? idk if they would so he can just lean on them tbh
I’m with Shawn on this. How do you consume Drake without a question mark. FACTS. Not taking away his hits, but his integrity is in question. This might only be the beginning . . .
Drake realized that $400 million dollars advance he got will never be paid back. Sir Lucian Charles Grainge. Tricked & Treated him like every other artist.
I think Drake should take a break, not sneak diss, not mention the beef and not be bitter about this loss then comeback with good music. Particularly really good rap heavy music. I personally think he still has it in him but, I also think his pride won't let this go.
i think people still dont actually understand what grooming means. them not seeing themselves as victims is like......... one of the biggest components of grooming. like thats literally what grooming is. of course there is a difference between whitney being in the video dancing with dot versus the victims who do not fully understand that what actually happened to them was wrong. a lot of victims of grooming dont WANT to be seen as victims because to them, it means they were tricked, and not to mention, a lot of them take a long time to process that what happened to them wasnt a real relationship, that it was instead an adult taking advantage of their naivety. we as a society have not made it safe or comfortable for victims to come to terms with what happened to them as we STILL treat grooming as if its not really serious. no shit they say they arent victims, theyd be ridiculed if they spoke out. like i know millie hasnt really spoken out since this all went down, but the amount of people still clowning on her for what happened with her and Drake is sickening to me.
Drake has looked relatively the same for his adult life but when I first saw this pic it was the first time where he looked aged and kind of defeated. It’s interesting that other people are talking about that because it struck me almost instantly
While I agree that there are people who will not take aspects of this serious enough, and kind of just ride with the popular sentiment instead of using their own moral compass, most of those people were just gonna do that anyways. No matter who won, they weren’t gonna fire up their prefrontal cortex, their amygdala, their medulla oblongata, etc. I’m just glad they seem to be airing on the side of the person who is closer to morally decent.
There is a good majority of us that don’t really care fr about any of the harm being done by black celebrities. It’s insane. The other day I saw my friends mom hugging on Trey songz at the essense festival.
@@romaretaylor9953 I guess I was just too turned off by the obvious cosplaying, fake accents, blackface, saying “ni**** with the hard “er”, etc etc etc. 🤣
I think the biggest win Kendrick has is that Drake tries to 8mile himself with the Taylor Made freestyle. But Kendrick did that years ago on mr morale and just previous albums. TPAB had an entire song about Kendrick's self hate and reasons why he hates himself. And the entirety of MMATBS was just secrets Kendrick kept to himself. Like yeah he cheated when he was younger and Whitney left him, yeah he has sexual trauma from when he was a kid. Meanwhile Drake's main "vulnerable" tracks are about women mostly. Hell, Jaded is an entire song about an 18 year old girl not wanting to date him. Drake occasionally has a few other lines about his upbringing or his treatment based on his skin tone but it just doesnt work as well in Drake's favor because Kendrick JUST came off of an album of what would be amazing ammo for drakes sake
my 14yr old daughter was on the phone with her friend and everything was jokes until i heard her say, “wait, is that Drake?!… uh uh turn that off right now!…because he’s a pdf file!!” she was dead serious, i was crying laughing. who does he market his music to if the young ladies are disgusted by him? 🤷🏾♂️
Bro the video and song is actually dope.. And ofc its made to make drake look a certain way the objective was complete whole while making a banger.. it worked and it will definitely stick as song of the year fam
What can dude even say in his future projects, including stuff unrelated to the beef? Dot literally touched on 100% of his world. Bars spent reliving parties, or talking about his wealth gotta hit different. Bars spent rebutting or defending would get us more kdot.
