@@doziedope We should look to perform pull ups with full range of motion. Thats arms fully extended and scapula protracted at the bottom of the movement. At the top the chin should be above the bar with scapula retracted, preferably for a hold. I don’t think on any of his reps his arms were fully extended and scapula protected, therefore I’d argue they were half reps or three quarter reps at best. Working out with limited range of motion is to quote ‘cutting corners’ to a higher rep range but limits your overall strength gains. IMO No hate against Kong Fu Kenny tho, just saying.
@@elfinzilla that’s all fine but saying “cutting corners” when he’s overall consistent in his workouts is a reach. We haven’t seen Drake do ANY pull ups besides pulling up shots 😂 so he can tell Adonis to do push ups… have you seen Kendrick do push ups? Have you seen him in the boxing ring? He looks in shape to me. & regardless of the 3/4 reps, those are nonetheless challenging af. The average man will still struggle to those… just look at his competition beside him lol No one expected Kendrick to be a gym guru but his effort is a plus.
